So LL can't do a thing about banned players coming back over and over unless LL moves to a different and fail loaded method for physical human identity verification at login.

Yes. Even if LL could prevent TPVs from connecting the old original copybot would return and LL could never detect it. There is no solution beyond simply never creating anything.

SLM is dead every weekend when it is supposed to be at it's busiest. More and more merchants will go out of business and stop paying tier. In the end the LL Commerce Team will be why SL closes. But the LL board protects the commerce team. It appears they are charged with killing SL off. Slowly. And they are doing a good job of hurting everyone in SL. And they do not care. It is obvious.

If you really want to use a static background then all you need is a prim and some background textures. And some poses you can run by themselves from inventory. My recommendation is to find locations in SL that are relevant to the fashion you are wearing and take the pics there.

I do not know how the list is populated. I do know that in world on the destination guide the what's hot selector seldom, if ever, functions. And when it does the number of avatars is usually totally wrong. I do think this what's hot concept is a good idea. However it must be a challenging programming scenario.
