put in the date and time it is right now in real life

the time it is now. it is june 19th or 20th or maybe even 21st depending on what part of the world you are in. its 2011 everywhere.

You get a free Linden Home if you want, but you have to choose it first. http://secondlife.com/land/lindenhomes/member.php You can have 512 square meters of land tier free, but you have to purchase the land first. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Buying-land/ta-p/700043 You can't have the tier free land and the Linden home at the same time, but you can have the Linden Home and own as much land as you want also, it just wont be tier free. The Linden Home is on 512 square meters of land. The advantage is the house is already built and you can change it virtually instantly if you aren't happy with it, up to 5 times a day. Also, the Linden Home has 117 prims available, the same as any other 512 piece of land, but the prims of the house are not counted against the 117.

Go to Me > Preferences > Notifications. In the box where it says Never Show, left click on Confirm that I want to teleport then click on the ^ button. (the up arrow button) Hit Ok. This is assuming you are in advanced mode, not basic. To change, on the login screen, it is located under mode. It will ask you to quit, go ahead and quit, then just click on the login icon again. Now you can go to the Me menu without even logging in if you want.

If you want opinions, you may want to post in the forums, not answers section. If you want a concrete answer that can be marked as such, I would say different persons would handle the situation in different ways based on their convictions, temperament and perhaps history, experience and upbringing, possibly.

Removing billing information will not cause you to lose your account. You can have a free basic account. You don't even have to remove your billing info, you can just downgrade to basic. You will only lose your account if you or Linden Labs cancels your account. Broken Item - cannot be detached

Ok SecondKyle, I will offer a few suggestions, please forgive me if they sound obvious or if you have already tried them, k? Open your My appearance tab, open the Wearing tab, right click on any and all attachments you see there and choose detach for each one. Right click directly on the item in your hand and choose detach. Drag a folder from your library like Boy Next Door directly onto your avatar. Go to Me > Preferences > Setup > Reset then logout and log back in. -

That rocks. Very inspiring and exciting to view. It may contain visual capabilities that some haven't been able to experience in their second life, but I love the clearly second life unmistakable aspects of it, among them the turning key, the right click choosing beam, the prejump animation and the sitting on a prim, to name a few. Very secondlifey, but not everyone's secondlifey. Well done!

I have seen the ? before. I had to update my flash or quicktime, or both, don't precisely recall. The ones who are seeing this ? may need to do what you and I both did. As you know, it is both easy and free. edit: interesting. that is what I did and how I solved my issue, perhaps its a firewall or something, i dont know
