This is a common occurrence. http://community.secondlife.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?q=white+cloud You can enable your advanced menu by pressing Ctrl Alt D and then choose to rebake by pressing Ctrl Alt R. That's on V2 anyways. If you know how to rebake on Phoenix, try that.

Just a guess, but do you have to be wearing your group tag to make it work? As in, does your group have to be the active group at the time of teleport? When I try to buy things at stores that are specifically only for the stores group, I have to right click on my group in the my groups section and choose Activate.

I had the same problem. What it was was that those seeing me with messed up feet were on Phoenix whereas I am on Viewer 2. If they TP away then TP back, the problem is solved. Fortunately they were kind enough friends to do this for me as technically it is not their fault, but if they are trying to photograph you it may become an issue. Supposedly its something to do with compatibility issues but I thought it had been resolved by now. I am using the latest official viewer.

Sometimes it takes a while for deliveries to make it to you, especially when purchasing several items. Go to your marketplace history and check the status of your orders, if they are marked as delivered but you do not see them in your inventory, notify the merchant via notecard, this happens quite often. If the items have not been delivered, you should just wait a bit, may take up to 24 hours, unfortunately.
