HELP! -
When a mysterious helicopter crash outside Campwich Lodge occurred, Keif was the first to offer assistance to the craft. Keif was the first to offer his assistance. I couldn't, new shoes and all. so he dons his life jacket Definitely an alien crash landing. While attempting to communicate the helicopter took off again. WITH KEIF INSIDE! The SL Coast Guard rushed out to help but by the time the boats got here, Keif was long gone. Bebe Crannock to the rescue! She couldn't let our resident investigative reporter be eatten or worse! A dramatic air rescue was scrambled but then.... SLENDERMAN! Now will Bebe and Keif be able to run from the tentacled mythical Bellisseria Monster?

why you gotta be saving me for last? Plenty of other meats there. Lol -
Many just want to explore and admire. They can't hurt anything, they can't take anything. I've been thinking of leaving out a notecard drop sort of thing somewhere so folks who wander in might leave a note or something. My house is pretty empty though, I should probably fix that.

We know from chatting with Patch Linden that there are about 30K old premium homes. We know from various interviews that before Bellisseria rolled out that SL had 60K premium users and there has been an increase since Bellisseria came out. So if they're planning on removing all the old homes and offering new home styles in the same quantity I think we can assume between 30K and 40K homes that will be built. So far we're sitting now at about 10K if I remember right from what Patch was saying right before they all left for holiday break. So another 20k to 30k homes should be coming. I don't doubt we might see another continent attached to or near Bellisseria if they want to keep with the continuity, and allowing premium users a vast area for travel, flying, boating, trains, etc. We'll see though. This is all speculation of course.

Bellisseria is raffling off a racist submarine...???
Gingir Ghoststar replied to Pussycat Catnap's topic in Linden Homes
I just want to chime in and say, I love you folks. I live in an area where there is still much contention over the confederate battle standard. It gives me hope for the future to see so many speak out against it's being flown, put on clothes, cars, anywhere but in a museum. -
Okay so here's the idea Patch, Moles and others. Tiki and Beach Home theme. Build islands with volcanos and such, the volcanos could have neighborhoods on their islands and then archipelago of islands to fill it out. Different Tiki huts could be 512 properties and Beach Homes could be 1024. Could also fit in more house boats.

Are there any G rated sims in Bellisseria?
Gingir Ghoststar replied to Stephanie Misfit's topic in Linden Homes
I'm in this boat. I will totally own up to when I was newer to SL I explored ALL the places, it was a great Friday night distraction to go to the sex sims and giggle over the mismatched skin tones and be silly with my friends. The longer I'm in SL though, the more G-rated I keep my slife. I don't go around wearing things that my butt cheeks hang out of. I look for "mom clothes" and such. My house has only PG rated furniture. I even turn off the adult search feature on the marketplace. I don't begrudge anyone else for their adult activities, do what you do, boo. However, it's not for me. Give me some attractive but not "sex sells" clothing and I'm very happy. M is pretty good for me. I like to chat with my neighbors and we can get pretty adult in our late night chats, joking and telling stories. But I can also see why some might want a straight Adult or straight G rated sims. -
So I'm wanting to use something like this as a hud for multi-region teleport. I'd be willing to pay someone to figure out which volcano we need to throw SL virgins into to make this happen. Something that like a person could rez a marker on their land and it would update within the experience hud as a location to available to teleport to .

Belli impacts: Private Estates and Mainland
Gingir Ghoststar replied to Nika Talaj's topic in Linden Homes
You don't like Belliserria. It's not for you. We get it. Have you made any sort of suggestions in any of the suggestion threads to the moles/lindens in what you would like to see? We're sorry you're not happy that things are changing. We're sorry you're unhappy that so many of us are happy in our little suburban digital life. You're worried about your income. We get that too. Designers go through the same angst every time there is some new mesh, BOM, body, etc etc that we have to learn pretty much from scratch to compete. It's hard but if you want to stay and make some money in a video game where only your imagination limits you, that's what you do, you change along with it. There have been many of us for some time (me especially) that have been begging for someone to build a community like this. We don't want to just rent a parcel where there is the minimum covenant, each parcel separated by the smallest "river" of water and have our home. Sure, that was fine when there was nothing else but for many of us, the digital suburban life is exactly what we wanted. I've had more fun dancing those "identical dances" and shopping with my new friends, admiring their identical homes that they've each taken the time and heart to decorate to make their own. You know what? No. I'm not sorry you're unhappy. That is all on you. Make some creative suggestions to the lindens/moles about the next theme you'd like to see that you would enjoy but don't go pooping on everyone else's fun and enjoyment of Bellisseria just because it's not your thing. -

Unless you're the original creator of everything in your home, this is kind of a pointless argument. And even then, lets be real, there are a goodly portion of creators whose inspiration comes from someone else or something else. Just be happy. Go live your best SL.

What could the next new continent theme be modeled after?
Gingir Ghoststar replied to PrudenceAnton's topic in Linden Homes
Those are so fantastically lovely. It would be really neat to see an island done up like that or an archipelago done up like that. -
They did the slower larger releases and folks weren't happy. Now they're doing the smaller quicker releases and people aren't happy. I know you are really ready to have your home but it might go faster if folks weren't making their work conditions less than stellar. Everyone will have a home eventually. It's just going to take time and patience. In the mean time, explore Bellisseria, check out the many parties and events. Get a cup of coffee at one of the coffee shops. Hop in a tube and float around the island or take a day to hang at the many public pools or beaches. They are working as fast as they can. Please be kind and patient with them.

The Pirate DJ Treaty of Bellisseria
Gingir Ghoststar replied to Devin Heartsong's topic in Linden Homes
Before that idea gets in heads. None of our organizers were paid, we were all volunteer. No donations. We wouldn't ask for them. We planned this event before the fairgrounds were even made aware to us. We planned it because people in the group asked for it back in May. Everything you saw was either created buy us or bought buy us. North and bebe made the turtle race and stage. I made the main stage. Mirah has a load of games. Everything else was purchased or dug out of our inventory. I paid for the entertainment because I hired them for us all to enjoy. We enjoyed doing this and look forward to the opportunity to do it again. -
