    Any time a gathering of more than say 5 people happens, the officially designated "staff" in these areas will politely tell you to get lost. " Seems a bit busy , here , a gentle reminder this is a Welcome area , if you want to rez things or carrying on there is other areas you can visit ... to do so." They genuinely don't want the newbies to see activity and socializing. They WANT it barren , dead, silent. I need some kind of explanation for this other than " It overwhelms the newbies", because if you truly think that newbies are being overwhelmed by 2-3 sentences per minute ( which is generous for SL's typical local chat, since everyone uses IMs more than local chat).... Lol... I'm just saying, with the rapidly declining population, do you REALLY think its a good idea to isolate newbies in an empty sim? Do you REALLY want them to think that SL is dead on arrival. ( Their arrival).

    I fixed :3. But yes, it would be amazing for newbies, bad for SL's fragile economy. After seeing the newbie avatars throughout the years, and the ... ugh.. senra people.... I don't expect SL to ever employ someone capable of creating default avatars that look anywhere near as close to as good as Inzoi's.

    It's not like in a mmorpg where everyone stays the universal body and people can't deviate too extremely . In places like sl imvu, the universal default will be turned into an abomination so quickly and then those custom deformations will become a huge part of the clothes market like it did in imvu . You will search for default shape and find some amazing clothes and then be sad to realize that it only comes in xxxxxxl booty size . Or you will want xxxxxxl booty size and see that it only comes in minus 400 booty size , etc . It's worse to have those compartmentalized mini preferences take over the market than it is to have only the best of the best popular bodies take it over and allow you to choose from which of those bodies you will dedicate to .

    The best bodies came out on top. A level of realism and customizations that a universal standard avatar would most likely not even be able to compare to . Legacy , Reborn , etc. those bodies are miles ahead of senra , that's for sure ... And senra is the closest thing I've seen LL plop out in an attempt for a more universal body ... That was the problem with imvu bodies . They all looked like you were the same person unless you spend hours trying on deformers . It was to the point they made the clothes include the deformers themselves . So instead of a universal body , you would have one size of pants called XXL,XL, etc with the big booty and if you ever wanted that big booty to stay , you were stuck buying from that creator , or creators who derived from the same clothing item ...it was a nightmare . I like getting used to a body shape and having clothes made to fit that body far more than getting used to clothes that alter your body shape and being limited to an extremely small selection of clothes made with that shape. And you know if a universal shape exists , it's gonna digress right back into imvu 's footsteps. Every clothes item will alter you in a different way , making it extremely hard to have your own standard ... Unlike now where clothes is simply made to fit the popular bodies . We know it will fit because it was specifically made for that body .

    777's inability to mouselook absolutely kills me . Instead of being able to look around , it forces you to steer the car at a rapid pivot into a beyblade. But that's just a small part of driving anyway . It's mostly third person . Also the LOD on every single 777 car is so bad that it looks like a crumpled mess unless you're right on it or have LOD at 4.000. acs cars also seem to get caught in every little bump . Drives me Insane . To the point that half the acs cars I find seen to have a built in hop feature that awkwardly shoots the car up in the air , not while in motion .. a straight stop and z axis directly upward ... They know it needs compensation for it's low rider shortcoming . Gemc ( lusch vehicles) on the other hand will actually climb over many bumps with ease . So does whatever vision motors uses ( mayhem from vision motors is heavenly ). It's things like that thet I think ruin a lot of driving for newbies who dont understand that not every car is a $***** acs car. Lol, but they get burned by $***** acs cars since those are the majority. And I'm sure there's some that behave differently with extreme amounts of consideration and fine tuning , which none of the mainstream acs car sellers are doing . They're pumping new shinies every week for money , never changing the scripting at all .

    We need mobile reflection probes . Attachable probes that only affects what we're wearing .

    Yis, it is more realistic , but I have been spoiled by the high visibility of ALM shiny items still being high visibility at night time . Pbr in general seems to be nullified at night time . The day time is for sure an improvement , but it seems to be wasted at night since light sources don't affect it unless it's point lighting , aimed directly at it. I will experiment later . 🤔

    Ok so something I am still unsure of is , if you notice , pbr textures look great during daytime lighting , but at night time ? Straight up black , unaffected by light sources . Is there a specific method of shining light on them at night ? Or are they doomed to remain shrouded in dark and dim un-shinyness? ( Has not researched )

    I like this observation . I didn't even notice . Somehow that adds so much depth to the world of second lyfe to see the second life hand logo above her as a cloud ,if that's what it is . In fact , exaggerated depth for the time it was created . It's certainly justified now , 23,24 years of content later though .

    You can't be an ***** in that game . It will give you a slightly offense text dialogue option and then what your character actually says is nowhere near as offensive or confrontational . Forced behavior .

    and without SL, those will dry up pretty quick. SL is their source of traffic. They come to the real grid to recruit.. It's not going so well WITH SL. Imagine without SL.
