It is the same process to get an account back after it has been placed on hold. You're not asking for the account to be cancelled. I did not say you do not have to provide information, I said you do not have to provide PHYSICAL IDENTIFICATION. Unless you can't provide the information they ask for like name three people on your inworld contacts list. I've had to recover an account before. I do know the process.
