a few options i have used are fishing events (magic fishing) and paleoquest. i highly recommend fishing, yes it does take a little time, but it is worth it for the new players.

So, I was blind, my question was answered. Thank you again! This is a totally random idea to give to the forum: Unless I am totally blind and they have this option already. What if SL Forums had a light and dark mode that you could toggle between, like most other social media sites have? The reason why I suggest this idea is because I feel like **IF** they update the forum site (by itself) or just SL.com in general, that it would be easier on the eyes to have a dark mode. I am usually on the forums late at night browsing when I have caught up on everything from the day. Also, I totally just feel like it would be more appealing aesthetically. Just my two cents!~ What do you guys think? Any comments, suggestions, add-on ideas?

i don't think the main page of secondlife.com is down since this is hosted on secondlife.com through the community portion. but yes, the grid basically had a heart-attack and shut down lol! don't log out friends!

What is your main reason for being in Second Life? What are you using it for? What is making you stay? And don't you get bored of it? my main reason for being in SL is for the creativity, fashion/dressing up avatars, social aspects, and activities. i use SL mostly for the aspects of meeting people from around the world to feel like i am a part of something bigger than myself and the things that make me stay are mostly my tight group of friends and the constant content being released by creators, it surely keeps me entertained. How would you like to see Second Life being upgraded so that it would let you do even more things? i would like to see SL upgraded within their own viewer and within their own systems to where things do not lag as much. i hate crashing. that's about all. PS: i have enjoyed reading peoples' post in this thread. very interesting to see everyone's view points. ❤️

roblox attracts many young players and i am sure others have described roblox in a sense better than i could! it's very much like legos, second life, and other flash player social worlds combined into one hub of virtual games to explore. it's very well done and sure a lot of fun when you can find certain game types you are interested in there.

try clearing cache? try checking into the second life website and checking if there's any updates on regions or whatnot? etc? there are resources out there my guy.
