Is there any group that you wouldn't celebrate being gone from the platform. Say maybe, Nazi RP or Slave RP or would you welcome those people with open arms if they flooded the platform? After all Nazi RPers don't RP all the time and I'm sure they are lovely to socialize with. Please don't say it's obvious that we wouldn't tolerate those types of people because that is the same way I feel about GOR Rpers. People can tolerate and accept things that they want, however you seem to want to villainize anyone that doesn't think like you.

If LL decided that advertising Gorean RP on their splash page (which I highly doubt they'd ever do) then I would assume that they did research that doing it would bring in new users. It doesn't matter what I support or don't support. I'm a user of the platform not an employee. Why? I wouldn't socialize with people into ABDL Roleplaying either.

Not so. I do think that sometimes it's better to get rid of toxic people because it gets tiring to listen to it day after day after day. This thread is about GOR. I couldn't care less if everyone into GOR left the platform as I wouldn't be socializing with them anyway. Of course the thread slowly was manipulated into discussing others things as many of the threads end up.

I find that once something makes you as unhappy as @Coffee Pancakeseems to be and complaining is all you do then maybe it's run it's course and it's time to move onto something that is more enjoyable.

Where is this magic ball you have that tells you this? Just because you say it doesn't make it so. Besides you seem very unhappy with anything Second Life related so I wonder why you are still invested in it.

Summer in general lowers the numbers on the grid. Also, the fact that people are not stuck at home due to COVID anymore does as well. Maybe it just seems that there is a mass exodus due to those reasons.

That certainly was not the experience that I saw here. Any off topic thread disintegrated either into politics or religion and people were not nice about it. It bled into other threads as well. I am glad the forum is the way it is now.

I think that the only reason I don't like alts on the forum is I see the forum as out of character and see people's opinions as there own. I just find it odd to have two avatars that need to post in the forum.

From your perspective. You can't know whether or not their lives are miserable. I would attribute this to humans more than animals.

You can't know if they are really AFK or they just aren't responding to you. If you are talking about a popular blue's club everyone's reading profiles so if your profile doesn't interest them then they mostly likely wouldn't respond to an IM. I haven't run into a lot of places that have AFK or BOTS but I tend to stay in the 4-5 clubs I know only. I'm never bored in SL. People who are bored are bored of their own accord. There is no reason to be bored here at all.

I can understand that except for the part where you both told them you wee alts right away so they didn't waste their time. Seems to me that's more like spying than RPing.

So what is the point of using an alt and then revealing that you are the alt? Why not just us taligurl?
