    please remember, that when you file an abuse report, Governance can, and will, check im logs, l$ transactions etc to actually determine if any offense has taken place.

     

    If something you've reported is still there, residents still visible in search etc then they've likely concluded no offense has taken place.

     

    Like marigold has suggested, file your abuse reports, then walk away, and enjoy your own second life.

    why would anyone be dumb enough to pay 20k for a piece of land when you can buy abandoned land directly from LL for 1l$ a metre?

     

    Unless you;re wanting to run an adult venue which the market is over saturated with, read up on their closed door policy.

     

    ie if you have avatar privacy turned on, on your land, bonk away to your heart's content on moderate rated mainland.

    I have never consented to such data transfered and even if i had, the GDPR nullifies any such agreement.  It's a wonderful tool.

     

    So, who is the operator of this tool you imply is exempt from the GDPR?

    There are items, that you grant debit permissions to, that can allow somebody to check your l$ balance, and take your l$.

     

    This only works when the wearer specifically activates the device so it is their choice to do so, ie consensual.

     

    do a search on the marketplace for rlv wallet and you'll see some of these items.

    Avatar/accounts are meant to be handled by a person. Create something else for bot use. A clear difference could be helpfull.
    And a limitation where they can go. No random regions aymore or target places, free to use a recognizable bot.. but on own lands.

    Out of interest is the "no bots" setting enabled at the hubs, old or now?

    @Love Zhaoyingmentioned that the mobile SL could make a difference in the number of people who want to meet others in RL. I can see that as a possibility.

    The problem would be if entitled people would twist this to mean that SL is a RL date service, and start to harass people who do not opt in. But that is what "mute" is for. I already mute those who start digging for RL information. The question "Why don't you have RL pictures and location in your profile" would be an instant way of knowing who to mute.

    It would not affect me in any way, unless Linden Lab made RL location mandatory. I can not see that coming.

    It'll be just as bad as Kik messenger random chat where you get "22 f USA California you age location" but the location shows different

    Regardless of the useless information supplied to you above, send an abuse report under fraud > l$.  Even if LL can't help you, then they can still stop them from defrauding other users.
