I would certainly love to be able to look at the regions before release. 90% of doing anything when it comes to looking around on SL is camming for me, anyway.

Could very well not be southern, but I see them as southern due to the willows. Willows are all over the place in some of the southern states. Victorian houses are everywhere indeed. Lots in the larger town/village 15 mins away from me. Only very rarely ever seen a willow in NY, though.

So the regions of Leeward and Pearl Drop where I had originally seen boats have moved. I don't know if the boats are there any longer as nothing shows on the map, they could now be on Ezudna/Kainen/Tenser/Less Watery as that was the general area I saw them in(and where Pearl Drop and Leeward once were). They have been rebuilding/changing some of the areas of the 4th theme area, so those abrupt ends may just be WIP areas.

Also found more houseboats on Pearl Drop and Leeward. Where were all these. Do they have secret new building areas?!

Those regions have been popping up and down for much of the day since they started moving things to our area. 😃 I think the fact that they are touching a currently active area kind of messes them up a bit when they're suppose to be hidden. Or perhaps they'll be worked on soon.

They definitely do! What I love about them is that I don't feel insanely cramped. I love my Continental but oh god it's so tiny.. Patch hinted to something in chat this morning by saying something like "Wait until you see what else they can do!".. no idea if he mentioned what it was, but I am totally curious on that. I'm wondering if it's the fact that you can change room's colors separately? The downside to these though, is also the size of the rooms.. gonna be an interesting time. Definitely likely not a house people want to try and make look cluttered unless you're gifted with a buffet of 1LI items. I know i'm not.

I am also unsure about them, which is why I am making an alt premium for 1 month to try and get one and try it out. If I don't like them, I didn't give up houses I liked. If I do, then lol.. that river house I got might have to go(my current alt's house still overall wins for my favorite).

I was wondering this too when I saw everything. The SSP regions look pretty cramped. I think some people are going to be pretty disappointed too by how little inland water there is, and pretty much everybody looks like they are going to have a view of neighbors all around unless you luck out on the coast.

Similar to my main's house, did up my alt's house with white! Took me literally all day to do because I did little bits while taking little "nighttime, better hide" breaks in "The Isle". Could have done closer shots, but I like to show the expanse of the parcel with her house.

The multicolors are from Azalea Bluebell(In inventory they show as ~AB~ first), and the whites are part of the light set from Botanical. Most are 1LI each, some may be 2(of course it'll add up with so many used). Lights are the best part. =D

Threw some lights and whatnot on my house. There are some on the back too, but lazy. Kind of basic, but I really like lights, garlands, wreaths.. and that's about it, lol.

I have absolutely nothing wrong with them cloning. Chances are on the ground, you won't notice it anyway. As Marianne said, it is an effective way to speed things up, so I really cannot blame them. We may get some later regions that aren't cloned, but I think for this first upcoming release of the new theme, they went this route. Heaven knows we're gonna get a new rush of people after these things on top of likely copious amounts of people abandoning currents for them.

I'm happy people will get to change their names. I'm personally fine with Resident, but would have a very hard time doing so if it's more than $10 USD.. and it likely will be. My guess would be something between $20-$50 USD. Iirc it was said that they will want it high enough to prevent people from abusing it.. so i'm expecting it to be on the high end. Granted this was said some months ago so things could have changed since then. Also, what happens if you go for a name change and then the name that you want with the last name you can get is taken? I think i'd be pretty mad having spent that money. Now if they let us lock in that name for say.. 5-10 mins to buy the upgrade, then awesome. MP changes don't affect me much beyond gacha resells(yet), so i've nothing against that so far.

My new place. I decided to give Winchester a go here, since a majority of the houses in the immediate area are not Winchester(shockingly). Overall I have nooooo idea what to do with my place right now.. kind of feel like i'm lacking on furniture lol.. Added a little blue to my screenshot as overall it was pretty orange and pretty overwhelming.

I just bought that kitchen last week. Gosh darnit, lmao.
