    I saw that too. It was confusing, since normally you get (semi?) "automatic" rights when sitting. It COULD be since llSAO() is "persistent". There were a lot of caveats for it, more than I expected, but some were "old".

    That's interesting, I thought "other people's objects" can't use llSetAnimationOverride(), and that the function was intended only to be run by scripts the avatar has. TIL!

    A couple years ago (pre-Pandemic), there were some younger employees in my company who were very sensitive to the term "bots". This was when "bots" just meant "using automation software to perform tasks" (data entry, screen scraping, clicks, etc.). At the time, I believed their "sensitivity" was because they saw the possibility of their jobs being lost to these "so-called Bots". Now, I "get it". But, we are MUCH further down the path. And, "bots" has become common in our language, much as "AI", and now "ChatGPT".

    Ugh..in a company meeting, we were just told to let the CIO know if we want to be involved in ChatGPT. On the one hand, it could mean "job security". For awhile. On the other hand..the idea of "working with ChatGPT" professionally leaves me with a bad feeling. @Ayashe Ninetails, tagging you since you posted a few times about working with it in one way or another.

    Amazing no one got LL to change it in all these years. Sure, an optional message makes sense. But otherwise it's just going to peeve people / make them sad / confuse them.

    They (LL) could enhance "Boxy"! Example: "Boxy, how do I wear clothing?", "Boxy, how do I buy land?" etc.

    So far, yes - you cannot attach a coalesced object. And, if you attach the "box", the balls "fall out". So..maybe will try a few other things before I "give up"!

    Linkset Data. Each has their own. Attaching breaks LSD. Edit: Except for attaching as a HUD or avatar attachment, of course. Attaching to "other objects/prims" is the issue.

    I'm reminded again of "Replika", which has been around a couple years. You can be in a relationship (type of your choosing) with a Replika AI. I can only imagine its improved since then.

    Thanks, I wasn't sure if you wanted them added to the viewer, or as scripting options for people who create HUDs.

    I was disappointed and surprised that when I did a "plagiarism check" of ChatGPT quote posted here, using a Google Docs add-on (a free one, just a test) - that it did not find anything except the post here.

    I'll try! Maybe today. Easiest example: Think of a gum ball machine with loose gum balls inside. (They are not attached to the machine.)

    I know it's not allowed to have businesses in Bellisseria, but I've got a fantastic idea for an ice cream stand, set it up at a couple of docks out on the water. They could sell all kinds of frozen treats. ..or would that be too paradoxical?
