How many people use SL (as of October 2018)?

We all can learn a thing or two from Lifer's Destiny! The learning curve for new people is slower than other gaming experiences, in my humble opinion, just wondering how the WI and Xbox interactive virtual worlds affected SL usage over the years? There is a level of patience and lindens required to make SL enjoyable to the user. Once you get oriented to it the possibilities are endless what you can do in SL, but it definitely takes patience and money getting to that point. -
Happy Thanksgiving Eve! All Such a wonderful time to celebrate the season of thanks and forgiveness, oh wait I need that really expensive electric waffle cone maker at Walmart discounted between 1:00-3:00 am 50% that time period only. Watch out people I am getting my electric waffle cone maker Friday morning! No, just kidding! Celebrate the real reason for Thanksgiving! Be thankful for all your blessings.

Random "search" exploring is tons of fun for a newbie in SL. Type in a random word depending on your interest in exploring under "search" and you will get all of the sim options related to that word. When you are roaming around that site exploring you will have the opportunity to meet people and develop friends. Enjoy exploring!

Actually, it's 60's lingo. It was so firmly established that the Dead titled an anthem with it in 1970. Happy Friday! I stand corrected Dillon, on Keep on Truckin originating in the 60's not the 70's. As a service to some of our younger forum readers here are a few other 60's Beatnikese words My personal favorites were "You dig" and "Way Out" Enjoy the weekend?

Great wiki Selene! Who could forget the 80's techno classic movie "Short Circuit" and what a great trash talk come back line for us SL folks dealing with rude people

Thanks for the reminder Hippie:) I am providing a graphic regarding the time change for us visual learners. Here are some other things to remember to do when daylight savings time ends: Replace smoke detector batteries Flip your mattress Restock the liquor cabinet (duh!) Buy new underwear and socks (always a good thing) Start your Christmas shopping list (only 54 days to go before Christmas Ho! Ho! Ho!)

One thing I have noticed compared to ten years ago is the average age of SL users seems to be increasing (just like you 8 to 20). When I first started I routinely ran into people in their late teens, early twenties and i usually visited popular sims. Now, it is rare when I run into anyone under the age of 25 and even rarer to meet teens on SL (only two in the last year). It may be that SL is not a fast paced enough gaming environment for young adults, or it could be that I am 10 years older and not going to the "cool" sims anymore. Enjoy your time back on SL and I am sure you will find friends to hang out and have fun?

Prince Tuesday from Mister Rodgers Neighborhood wishes you all a wonderful day with this royal proclamation: "Here Ye, Here Ye all commoners of SL, his royal majesty Prince Tuesday (and faithful hand servant Mister Rogers) wishes all Ye merry men, women, and furies, a happy and productive Tuesday! As they say in the New World (America) "Have a good one."?

I am not in a LTR relationship at the moment, however, when I was we had a good time meeting other couples at popular dance sims just by bumping into them repeatedly and eventually striking up a conversation. The other place we met other couples was in our community where we lived which was a small town. There were other couples living in the community with us which made it easy to connect. By the way, your activities list sounds super fun! With the exception of shopping events?
