LL knows full well that nudity is allowed on M and A regions. Even on M rated Linden owned land does it say anything about No nudity. Since they didn't restrict child avatars to General only, they needed to address the random nudity they might encounter on M.

Maybe, since it says "could be inappropriate", it's because you can walk from a Moderate area into a General area.without paying attention.

I've never once seen anyone admit to doing anything wrong before they got banned. People aren't going to admit, why yes..I was involved in such and such behavior.

Engaging and participating are basically the same thing...to be actively doing something...A child avatar sitting on the beach as naked adults wander by? I'd think that wouldn't constitute engagement nor participation. Engage... to do or take part in something —used with in engage in healthy activities engage in bad conduct

People.wander around with open access on their collars which could allow anyone to.control their avatar in a lot more ways than an experience.

Since LL has given no criteria whatsoever on what constitutes an under 18 avatar, we're only left with our own opinions biased as they may be.

It's not at all about height for me. You've said it yourself,.multiple times. Asian woman look younger. Yes, they do but how young is too young to look like an adult.in SL. I don't care if your avatar is 6 feet tall. If she looks like an Asian teenager, people might think she's an Asian teenager less than 18. It really is that simple. She would be fine in most of SL. Put her on some adult furniture with a average size male? People might AR. That's all people have been saying. Do you, boo. Just don't be surprised when people question.

Inworld, I'm rarely offended or take things personally. The forums are a different story to me. I'm not piloting an avatar here per se. This is me. It's me inworld too but with a buffer, if that makes sense. Here, I do take some things personally because you're talking to me. Now, whether other see themselves the same way, I don't know.

Links to third-party sites that host child sexual exploitation material. Expressing a desire to obtain materials that feature child sexual exploitation. Recruiting, advertising or expressing an interest in a sex act involving a child, or in harboring and/or transporting a child for sexual purposes. Sending sexually explicit media to a child or child-presenting avatar. Engaging or trying to engage a child or child-presenting avatar in a sexually explicit conversation. Trying to obtain sexually explicit media from a child or child-presenting avatar, or trying to engage a child or child-presenting avatar in sexual activity through blackmail or other incentives. Identifying alleged victims of childhood sexual exploitation by name or image. Promoting or normalizing sexual attraction to minors as a form of identity or sexual orientation.

It certainly is but the new rule clearly state what adults are NOT allowed to do in regards to children. That part, IMO, was sorely needed.

So..if the infraction doesn't warrant a lifetime ban (AP) then what is your concern. If you're not doing something against the ToS, why would you get any banned? Just because someone reports an avatar that doesn't suit their personal taste doesn't mean a ban. In fact, someone filing too many of the false reports is in more trouble. Someone doing nothing wrong? Scratching my head here.

The problem with Maitreya is you'd have to add the other BoM body parts in order to smooth out the butt cleavage and the V. Those would be considered emphasizing those areas. Someone mentioned the bodies made.specifically for children, don't include that definition. She'd have to put out the body with at least one of those layers permanently attached or rework those areas. That MIGHT break some mesh clothing.
