I recently moved from a LH to big mainland parcel...and I just started decorating this week because I have nightshift/lateshift so pushing pixels to calm down after work is calming it looks like this atm lmao my inventory puked all over the living room...

Things I always put in my room is a kotatsu and a heater (I freeze easily in RL so this is somehow weirdly comforting to have in SL too) ...and food XD I love pixel food x3 so I add seasonal decorations also, like putting up a little shrine for dolls day etc. Or decorate with wreaths, kadomatsu etc for new year. So basically when I am online and remember it I decorate just like I do in RL then x3 and I also sometimes forget to take the decorations down lol sooo it's possible to find fall decorations in spring ⁄(⁄ ⁄•⁄-⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄ Oh and another thing I always put up is a sunflower painting our son made for my work desk when he was 5 and I take it everywhere and it was the first thing I took home for homeoffice time, so my hubby scanned it for me and uploaded it so I can have it in SL too x3

I am very sorry that I can not contribute anything to this that would be useful I am just here to say, that everytime I see this threads title in the forums section I automatically read it in grampa Simpsons voice...the laaaag x3 I will go and yell at some clouds now...

2 am after long shift at work. Sooo tired human and after reading this thread I am also hungry XD *raids the snack stash* note to self ...don't read the forums to calm down after work...*stuffs more snacks in her face*

Why do you need a label for this? I am always surprised how often we humans seek for labels or drawers to put other people in but are so offended if other humans put us in dusty drawers or put a label on our forehead x3 People are people. Period I am also not asking my RL neighbors about their bedroom activities so why should I care in SL x3

Beautiful written ❤️ But I don't feel lonely at all. In SL I only have RL friends on my list now, but my SL screentime is very limited ...on purpose. And I am just there for decorating my home, dressing up my pixel doll or having fun with RL friends and family exploring...it's a hell of a messy loud wild lan party ride everytime lmao RL ? We have a box for example in the kitchen where we all put our phones before cooking or baking together or eating ☺️ When me or my husband come from work we also make sure to put away the phone (and work lol) completely and just spend cuddle and listening time with the kids. Same box like in the kitchen we have in the living room for movie times or times we sit and play board games (which we do at least twice a week), you can also use technology to bond...for example the whole family (3 kids, me and husband and even parents in-law) love playing wild switch Sessions or going to karaoke together x3 My kids luckily love reading a lot like my husband and I and they read books of course but also have e-readers so technology is not always bad. People have always been lonely, and in my teens when I was very depressive I was lonely surrounded in a crowd of friends and we did not have Smartphones or PCs at home back then.

Yeah mixing is fun, I own like 12 SLC AOs and love mixing the animations (｢`･ω･)｢ and I have AOs for different moods some days I just don't feel like moving alot and some days I want to. Shy AO, peppy and so on x3 you can also get an empty AO and buy animations from different stores that you liked. And STUN is an awesome suggestion, they make my favorite static poses for blogging and their packs are often in weekend sales, and the animations are really nicely made but not to movy and as already was mentioned they have often curvy options ⁽⁽ଘ( ˊᵕˋ )ଓ⁾⁾

SLC and Oracul are my favest. I really am totally annoyed by Vista AOs by now x3 there's one certain female AO from vista that the whole grid seems to own (me too btw lol) but it's fun to watch 5 AVs doing the same moves at once at events x3 You could try Tuty's also! And I love to mix and match animations from different AOs \(๑╹◡╹๑)ﾉ♬

18 years have passed and yet we are still here..and you keep complaining which means you are staying also. So it can't be that bad. And nevertheless SL is still a platform like no other, that's the reason people stay. Go find a better one that is like SL. (And don't come at me with IMVU XD) So the Lab is still pretty much ahead of many things and they surely trying to fix the grid up as much as possible especially lately.

Although I sell little things like tiny tattoos and such, and have a nice little income from it to spend freely in SL, I wouldn't bother with making money to have income for RL generated from SL. I work RL so does my husband we have a really good income so I wouldn't even have time to work that hard on something in SL that I could live off of it especially with all the fees now applied. And really I personally lack any talent lmao But when you can make mesh etc you sure can make a little money so you can buy stuff inworld. I see SL as fun and creative outlet for myself, if I earn a little to buy my pixel person some new shoes, it's a nice bonus on top ₍₍◞( •௰• )◟₎₎ So if doing something with a club is worth it to you personally do it, but the clubs are pretty much dead, it's so hard to even find any nicer ones now. But if this makes you happy do it for yourself and have fun 😊 I think the days that people earn a lot with SL are gone. But it's still fun to be creative ☺️

Too nice? I think everyone here just got used to the tone here. I don't know if it is a cultural thing but the definition of "nice" is a very different one for different people I learned in SL. Europeans have a harsher sense of humor, and claim the Americans are fake friendly. Americans call Europeans rude and unfriendly. And that's just one example I met through the years haha But this difference was one reason that kept me in SL, I admired to learn all about the differences and I improved my English alot. But new comers here often get told off as trolls, or harshly snarked at that they should use the search function etc. This forum is really far from too nice, the undertones are very passive agressive way too often, sadly. It's like the longer the people here use the forums the more jaded they get and the less they are taking any, potential trolls or such. Some people got a little oversensitive with time, and I can totally understand that lol Inworld I don't even bother with dudes sending the occasional "Hi" anymore for example x3 at the beginning I tried to answer always and was wondering what went wrong when they didn't answer any further, today I know and I don't bother with them anymore, and I am sure I rare sometimes ignored someone who did not deserve it. X3 And I think the moderators here would have an opinion about it that would be fun to hear XD Too nice? Nah. There is always room for improvement. Are we ok? We try x3 so yes ! And lately I really only saw one very disgustingly annoying troll in these halls, so I think we have improved. 〜(꒪꒳꒪)〜

I didn't make one but my husband made me have one x3 I am a very bad drinker (not alcohol x3) I only drank about 500ml ~ 1000ml (half of that usually coffee) on good days and totally forgot about it often on stressful days with a lot of work and such. We know each other since the day we were born x3 So my husband tried quite often to help me better this problem over the years (was sooo bad during university) lol this time he got me two mizudashi tea pots x3 Because the older we get the harder your body can deal with the abuse like too less water lol And for the very first time I am drinking 3 til 4 liters a day (for over a month now)...the kids even put up a little poster where they put a stars on for me each day I drink fine lmao so it's like a family affair by now ...even my ma and pa in-law always check the poster XD and I feel so awesome ...and need to pee so much more tho 😂 Don't know why it's working this time ...maybe it's the stickers the kids put on the pots lid x3

I do ...so I know it was 2021 x3 but then again the pandemic seems like one huge bundle of years 🙈

Yep I and some RL friends compared our numbers now in the afternoon and we all have a much higher FPS ( mine is now in the afternoon at ~~120 at my place a number I never saw befor on this laptop xD) in our home regions than usual! And we surely won't complain ^^ And I also noticed that my peak must be a combined thing out of whatever the Lindens are tinkering with and that one of my neighbours emptied their before trashy parcel and the other one with the temp rezzing helicopter (it rerezzed 24/7 xD) took it finally off...but all this is ground level stuff it shouldn't have affected my FPS at 3000m I thiiink at least x3 The script thingy improvement mentioned in that post was the one I was talking about it, but first I could not much see of it beside scripts loading much faster! Maybe its the aftermath of this improvement that helped with this?

X3 I wouldn't mope either. And life my live happy ☺️💗 But man those 3 ladies are bitter lol everything in the work kitchen (for breaks) that's not as they like for example must have been the "messy men that are inconsiderate" and I have to say over here in Japan you don't meet many divorced women anyways it's cultural still not a super accepted thing over here. But we still love our co-worker ladies and we younger ones try to make them less grumpy with chocolate and even the males love their mopey faces and bring them little stuffies haha
