Hi some people make there Alts and use the same Email address, so that's one way and if you used the same sims that your main avatar used, then the way you write would give you away and the things you talk about or you can just slip up and not know that you did. the connections Im using now is not secured and even as I write the window is changing and I have to wait until they are finish looking at what Im doing before I can go back to this window and finish what Im writing. so there the 3 way enjoy SL use the fire wall and if you are using a Alt do not use the sims that your main avatar used, good luck byee

Hi Check out Help at Caledon, they have classes, and show you how to use Market place, to sell your goods, and there no rent to paid on market place. there also designer classes, or go the the Blender.org web site, and check out the tutorial, you may like the blender software, its free. and there support in game for blender user, use the SL search to find the blender groups or the school sim. the gimp software is free to and can be used to textures your goods, and there a gimp group and lots of support in game, again use the SL search for the in game hep its all free good luck byee

Hi once my inventory was empty and it appear that in the search top of the inventory i had started to type but not clear the texts. once I clear that the inventory reappear. some times its the basic that we miss, so check. if your search box is clear then try what the other helper offer. good luck enjoy SL byee

Hi the mesh avatars are the way things are going, if you can not see your avatar, you may need to turn on mesh, in your viewer. mesh will be use more and more, so if you do not wish to miss out press control and P that open the preferences window in there you can turn on mesh, if its not active. or as you were told check out the library in the inventory press control and I to open the inventory, and the library is at the bottom good luck byee

Hi this may appear mad but have you got sound card on the main broad, and have you fitted a sound card there by you have two sound cards if so your computer may need to be set I did this once by opening the media controls and found my on broad sound card was still active, and had to click on it for a drop down menu and pick the right sound card, hope that help you good luck byee

Hi you can report people If the landlord is not giving the service you paid for, you can reported that. its not only about reporting abuse or racist attacks, poor services can also be reported, but some people will try and stop you linden ask that we the resident, report all things. so do not tell people what you are reporting, as now the landlord know what you are doing. only the other day a resident was told not to report what the resident see as a terrorist group that was using SL. hopefully it is now reported and the FBI, was informed. remember you can also use real world options, not only the ARs system. enjoy the game byee

Hi on my viewer set the camera controls as you would like to see yourself in the viewer and just click on your avatar to set that. maybe your viewer is the some good luck byee

Hi deleted all that tex and just use the words Gardens and landscapes texures, if thats OK and you need to add more add one word at a time checking that it ok before adding the next word good luck byee

hi I don't use the firestorm viewer but you can disable things in the preferences or enable them. so press control and P for the preferences window to open and if you have a alt, that can do what you can not, compare the preferences setting. or ask a friend to help compare setting good luck byee

Hi it can happen did it not start with lap top left on, by there owner. Catching the hacker is not easy, but until they are discover, and the new paper get involve no one knows that they are being hacked or watch and how much is big brother involve and watching you in the UK its only just coming out how much the media is hacking people and the police are involve. so change your passwords once a month and shut off the computer if you not using it good luck byee

hi begining of what, are you log into the game or still trying to make an account What you are not doing right, is giving information to help you sorry think about what you need to know, and how far you have got to making an account or if you are log into SL you do not need to save game, you alway start at the place you log off, if your viewer is set to. before logging into SL, check that its logging to your last loccation. good luck byee

hi if you are using a sand box some auto reset after about 5 mins and do not return things to the lost and found folder. but most do put things in there, so check your lost and found folder in the inventory. if they not in there, top of the page click the Knowledge base Tab and go to page 6 open the link call Advanced inventory management you find all you need to know in there good luck byee

Hi sometimes the lag stops ARs being uploaded grifer know this and lag sim for that reason. so best to report it again and next time go to a low lag sim to write up the report, that way it will be uploaded. good luck byee

hi if you erase all the inventory you will become a cloud, and nolonger beable to interact with the game. you need the inventory however if you got lots of outfits, and it hard to find items or outfits then all you need to do is make new folders, and rename them you can drag and drop items into other folder so keeping things in the right place. say you like dancing and always go dress the same make a new folder and name it drag and drop each item into it , hair and shape skin shoes the lot if you wish to change into it just click on the folder and pick wear . do not open it, just click on it and pick from the menu what you like to do that is a fast change, and its what lindens do at the first day. remember the first avatars you used. now you doing the same as the lindens do. you can cope and place items into the folder to, if they are no copy then you can not hope that help you good luck byee

hi download the firestorm viewer. then click on the download this open the new window, from this you can copy the files to the home folder once you done that, but if that what you having problem with, then email me for a walk through. now open the side bar, top of it click on the icon and a new window open bottom of that click on the 2nd icon and click on install software, to open all the software install look down the list until you find the firestorm icon click that to open the viewer however you must download to graphic driver for the viewer to work if its not opening top right open the menus from there you can download the needed software, to date your system and the graphic driver again if that your problem Email me for the walk through. enjoy SL good luck byee

hi check that the voice in not muted, top right on the viewer is where the little specker is normally, that can also be muted and clicking on it can just as easy unmuted it, press control and P that open the preferences on the left look for the chat tab or voice tab open that and make sure the voice is still on, there are controls for sound to, so make sure voice is not muted there. may sound mad, but check that the jack pugs are in the right hole at the back of the computer. they could have been more or just not right home, due to cleaning. hope that help you byee
