this resident came on this help forum and was pick on right away as you feel the avatar was bracking tos or the rules. Hi all the game is store at linden labs so your cash is safe and so is you inventory. open the viewer and type into the first box your avatar name Swampguy if there are 3 boxes type into the next resident but if only two boxes type into the last one your password. at the far end of the viewer there a box click on the words and pick log into last location then log into the game enjoy SL byee

Hi open the viewer and at the bottom you see a box with the words log to my last location. click on the word and choose to type into it a place to start. type into it pooley or mainland. if you still not able to log into SL. check your Emails and see if linden labs have send you a Email. if not and nothing works. clean install the viewer, if you do not know how to do this up top there are 4 tabs click the one call Knowledge base. type into the search box, How to uninstall and reinstall second life. you see a drop down menu, click on the words as they are the link to the page you need to read. that will tell you how to clean install the viewer. enjoy SL byee

Hi you can not stop him from uploading your game to face book. however if he is tell people your real life information with the upload, you can stop him. its Harassment, and passing on real life information is against the rules. So you can report that. and report it to your local police. also if he following you to get the pictures to upload, and you have ask him to stop its harrassment, and again you can report this. stalking is common in game, and harrassment, so report him. good luck and enjoy SL do not let the pervert ruin your game, tell people in game what he is and what he is doing byee

Hi if you are using windows, open the control panal and uninstall the driver and restart the computer then reinstall the driver If a mac user again uninstall the driver and reinstall it. good luck enjoy Sl byee

Hi welcome to the UK lots of library will not allow SL to be played, and I had to talk to the bosses at the library's to be allow to log into the support page. a lot of places now block SL they say its a game and block it, so you will have to talk to the people that supply the Internet for them to allow you to play. hope you get it sorted, but I feel that you will not get online unless you supply your own Internet. there have been lots of people complaining about this game, not just me, lots of people. hope you enjoy your stay in the UK, good luck and byee

Hi once in game press control and F, that will open the SL search type into it Help at Caledon that a tutorial and there classes there and the one you need to see is about textureing. there are people there to help and the classes are great, good luck enjoy SL byee

Hi if you start again and things are ok but as you play it all start to happening. you must be adding something that doing this to you. lots of people in game do not like the vampire side of the game, and do grife player that are vamp, your name could be why you are being grife. or you could be running a sripte that with change things there is a sripte that remove all clothes in game, this is at the hunt game, or at slave hunt sims. but if your outfits are not loading, and you are half nake. best to try the clean install, top of the page, click the Knowledge Base tab, and type into the search box. Hi sorry about the poor response from the other helper here, but it can be that the land owner can not operate if he bracking rules. remember its against the rule to make other brack the rules and that reportable. if he offering land that not within the rules he need to be reported. and you were offer a service and it did not come up to standard. all of which can be reported. and you must report it im always being told im bracking the rules by helper or giving bad answers. however if i take it up with linden labs, lindens give me marks and a new name tag, Im now a Recognized Member use the customer services option click the Knowledge Base tab and type into the search box Customer Services. check out the options there. I would reported it, it cost you nothing to do that enjoy SL and do not let people walk over you. byee

Hi sound like your anti virus has put files into the Quarantine folder. so you get the errors. open the Quarantine folder and check if that is the case. if so you can put the files back or shut off anti virus and download sl and then restart it. but do a full anti virus scan after. then try the download hope that is help to you. good luck enjoy your SL byee

I hope you do not have this happen to you. but you are rude and a lier, so stop telling people, that have had this happen, to them. that it dont happen. if a Key logger is down loaded to you your computer will go mad, all the fan start to run as the anti virus stop it. Hi click on the black hair so it high lights, then from the menu, pick detach. and its gone. now press control and I that open the inventory at the bottom you will find the library, open that and search for the avatar in there. once you find them open a avatar folder its full of icons and click on the hair and pick wear. if you do not like it, pick the next one and try again. but remember to detach the hair you do not like. enjoy sl press control and F that's the Sl search type into it Help at Caledon, that is the English tutorial in game, check that out. good luck byee

Hi to reinstall the viewer its best to do a clean install. top of this page you will see a 4 tabs, the last one is Knowledge base, click to open and type into the search box, How to uninstall and reinstall second life from a drop down menu you will what you are looking for click the words or search button. this will take you to a page in the KB that will tell you how to clean install the viewers. good luck byee
