hi im alway call names and race attack. my crime is to stand up for the little people. lost two computer to lagging and had virus downloaded two me. told I have been reported, AR. right now Im with out a computer, so I use the Library ones in my area and help that way. sriptes can be use to attack you, and lagging you down is commanly used by grifer. do not attack people using sriptes, and do not use sriptes to klag up the sim. using objects to attack people is also comman. becareful. if you stay within game rules, and use the Ars and act with care, you are ok. it just the grifer with use there alts to attack you and lindens will do nothing. I know, Im a victom of attacks and lindens lab lack of action. enjoy the game, meet people and remenber were you are, and its can be fun to play. best you go to help at caledon, and do the avatar safey classes. good luck byee

hi so by what you write down, one can log in but the other can not. try a clean install of the viewer, firestorm viewer web site tell you how this is done. that if you can use the internet with out crashing, you see the information is lacking. if you can not. get the moden replace. that is you have paid the bill. if that not of help, please try again, but give more information about what happening and what system you have, and ask in tec on the left click tec section. enjoy your game, byee

hi you can do it with your pay pal account, and I believe that is the only way. lindens do not control pay pal, and can not change your order to your pal pal account. only you can tell pay pal what to do. enjoy Sl byee

hi this is not as uncomman as it sound. and not only SL has this I have play games and this has, happen in other games. X2, tr4 Editor the level maker, sea dogs,and other. im told its the CPU in some cases, its just to fast. but driver up dated appear to help. maybe you need to ask in the games forums, you find you not the only one. hope you get it sorted, the tr4 level editor use a software that slow down the CPU. and that work, for that game. good luck byee

hi if you have land you can put a sign up, with the note card texure on it. or razz a box and put the note card in that, so people click on it to get the note card. you may need a sripte so try http://www.3greeneggs.com/ there they generate the sripte you need, it easy to use. good luck byee

hi the oval could be a egg, if so, your internet is to slow, yes do a restart. and remenber to clear your cache, this can be find in the preferance, press Control + P. and sorry, but if your graphic driver are up to date, then your graphic are not up to SL. check out the knowledge base top of this page, click on it and open the graphic section. look for the green writing ATI AMD drivers NIVIDIA drivers INTEL driver you can up date your graphics driver there and click on requirement. for system needed to run SL good luck. hi if your computer is shuting down. stop playing SL get it check out, if its new, take it back to the shop. normaly a computer that so under power, would not allow you to log into the game. you can buy a computer that need repair from new, they can be damage in tranit, or in store, or there could be just a over active anti-Virus software, take it back to the shop, get it check. good luck byee

hi first reload your avatar, only clouding can be no hair base loaded or no shape loaded. and your internet maybe slow, so restart your connection, shut it off and wait 5 min then restart it. second, try a clean install, the firestrom viewer web site, there a a sections tell you how to do that. check your system is up to Sl, top of this page click Knowledge base, and open the garphics cards section. the green writing, look for requirements, click that for the min system options to run SL. you can also get the latest graphic driver there. and you can try to log into a different sim, at start , click on the words my last loccation, and type into it London Pooley or Paris, try starting off the game at a new sim. some one could be grifeing you. good luck enjoy sl byee

hi you put the avatar name in the first box Soraheartful if there are 3 boxes. box 2 put resident and only there put resident box 3 your password if there only two boxes, you do not need to use the word resident enjoy SL good luck byee

hi at the top of this page you see knowledge base open that by clicking on it. look for Lighting and shadows open that., check out the setting for preferances, that could help you. but there also Graphics card option. there you will find, the updated driver for SL, try loading the graphics driver from there. hope that help you. enjoy SL byee

hi I just click on the name. and the message is then show up in the chat box, for IMs. firestorm I think spam its self, and makes it hard to use the chat. so I stop using it. they need to return to the old base chat form. it was so easy to use, and no one ask how to use it. it was easy. enjoy Sl byee

Hi great work. so you made it as a mesh, or change it in blender, into a mash. then convered it into a dae,file. I dont understand how you did it, but great detail. Remenber you do not use triangles, in you object, they are allow but try not to use them. check out the Blender classes in SL. and joint the blender group they give you lots of suport and help. keep up the good work, hope to see more of your work in game. enjoy SL byee
