hi log into SL and open the inventory Press control and I once its open at the bottom you see the library, open the library and in there you see lots of avatar search for one you like to be. open it and click on the shape and pick wear. if you still a cloud click on the hair base and pick wear. if that still not working click on each item and pick wear until you appear. hope that help you enjoy Sl byee

hi is watchdog, a fire wall or anti-virus, it would help to know. if it is, the setting need ajusting, its set to high and blocking SL try shuting off SL vioce. this mat help if not you can restart vioce. but need to know what watch dog is to help you good luck byee

hi sending people Emails is not cover in the game I send Email to people, Im helping and they find it easy to work this way to sort out there little problems. and send Emails in reply. so blocking people in game with not block the Emails. sorry best to open a new Email account, and use that. this way they can not contact you using the real account. Im on my 3rd Email account. my real life account was hacked and spam so badly, i had to delete it. and open a new account. besafe do not use real life information in second life. enjoy your game byee

Hi my computer was stopping and and I had to retast it. finaly I was told that the 64 bit computor, works best with only 4 gigs Ram as window only need that to work. so I try that and it work. but I also tested the ram. on start up I press F9, and got a option screen, using the tab button I could pick which option to use. and did a Memory test, my computor fail that, so I reduc the ram and retested it. and the system pass, so now I only use 4 gig of ram, you could also check if there a 64 bit viewer. hope that help you good luck byee

Hi yes you can, you can Ar the avatar if you have the name. you AR him or her for harassment. If you do not know how to AR (report). click the knowledge base tab top of this page. and type into the search box abuse from the drop down menu, you will see filling an abuse report or something like that click on it and you find its the link to the page you need to read that will tell you how hope that help you good like byee

hi your caches need to download, however if your inventory is still miss items. top of this page, you see 4 tabs click the one knowledge base type into the search box, inventory or how to find missing inventroy. from the drop down menu you get lots of options just click on the one you think may help and read it. good luck byee

Hi if you would like to use firestorm, just google it and download the lastest viewer. once downloaded, install it as you normally install software. open the viewer if you have a account, type into it your avartar name and your pass word. and you just log in. however, if you not got a account, just google second life, and pick the avatar option. there you can make your account, and choose a starter avatar. pick a name for him or her, and use that in the first box in the firestorm viewer, the last box type the password you pick. then just log into the game, good luck byee

hi so far you doing it right. hope you took the box back or it now in the lost and found folder in the inventroy here is what lindens say Drag the box from your inventory to the ground to rez it. Right-click the box and choose Open. A window opens. If the box has many contents, it can take a moment. Click Copy To Inventory to transfer the box's contents to your inventory. If the box contains an outfit you'd like to wear immediately, select Copy and Wear instead. Once the items are copied, they appear in your inventory as a folder with the box's name. If you don't see it, click the Recent tab. When you have finished unpacking your box, please remember to either Delete it or Take it back to your inventory to avoid cluttering up the area with boxes that was in the knowledge base the tab is above this message. click on the knowlede base tab and type into the search box open there will be a drop down menu from that you see what you need just click on it, and you be taken to the section , so you can read up on what you do not know please ask if you do need help that what some of us come to the support page to offer help enjoy the game byee

hi top of the page you will see the Knowledgebase tab click that. look for the graphics card section there you can updated your graphic driver. once you done that, connect your computer to the hub with a wire, if you have one. your wireless connection maybe no good. or move your computer close to the hub, and try to connect. hope that help you other may have idears on what up. keep checking for reapply here good luck byee

hi log on to the firestorm web site and read the clean install section. you may need to reinstall your viewer. also you could connect your computer to your hub with a wire your wireless may not be up to secnd life, the game is very demanding on the connection. or you may just need to restart the hub shut it off wait 5 mins, and then restart it. hope that help you good luck enjoy sl byee

hi open the viewer and were it says last loccation click on that and type into it the loccation you wish to go to or click home and then log into the game. once at your home click on the floor and from the menu pick home base here that will make you a land mark that your home base. or click on the ground and pick land mark here. and a land mark wil be put into the landmarks folder in the inventory. enjoy Sl byee

hi take off all the outfits and then reload the outfits, that way you see what going on but first click on your self and pick detach all objects. you may have loaded something thats changing the color of the skin hope you sort it, but you could change the skin first, see if that ok I had a skin that became u/s some thing went bad with it. and it was unusable. hope that help you enjoy sl byee
