Hi sorry late to reply, my computer was so lag up it burn out the hardware, so I use the public library now. try to IM bateliii resident the avatar maybe able to help you to use the web site. or even make the sripte. my self I do not sripte in game and would like to see more controls on sripteing. as lots of people test you new attack sriptes out on new avatar in the PG sims. as there lots of sand boxes in the pg sims. this I would like to see stop. well enjoy Sl Im bateliii resident byee

hi check you emails for the account to see if your avatar is on hold if not check your internet is up to playing SL try using a cable from the computer to the hub your wireless may not be up to it a restart of the internet can help but if you trun it off of a night that would not help, as you restart your internet each day to use. if that not of help give more informations like what is the message to get, once you fail to log into the game. hope you get it sorted but second life is frozen on all the site, is not a message I hear of before. byee

hi sound like the graphic card, in the machine is not supported. so you have only a standard VGA graphic adapter drver loaded. it happen to my dell I install win7 and there no graphic support , so as to play high end games. sorry you can duel boot the machine, get it set up to run XP and win8. or linux and win8 but find someone that know how to set up the drive. you can try the knowledge base top of the page click on the tab to open it and look for Graphic cards you find driver support there. hope you get it sorted byee

hi so u are a red cloud using firestorm, well your shape not loaded or the hair base. log on and open the inventroy press control and I once thats open go to the bottom and open the library in there you find lots of avatars open one and you see all the things needed to make a avatar click on the item and pick wear from the menu you need to find a hair base and a shape you can make your own look using the many avatar in the library good luck byee

hi you use a slots machine in a sand box. which allow you to gamable. and you won cash but did not get paid ok first gamableing is not allow in sand boxes, you were rob all gameing is taxable in SL go back to the sand box and if the machines are there, you can click on them to find out who the owner is and AR them. you can AR the machines to all betting in SL is taxable remember that even your winning. enjoy SL dont bet byee

hi just clear your cachs file and restart the hub. shut it off wait 5 min and restart it to clear the cachs, press control and P that open the preferance window you find the caches clear buttons in there if you appear as a cloud, after clearing the cach just wait the cach just need to download files. also check out the knowledge base there a section call how to impove your viewer performancce page two I think enjoy SL byee

hi first you can try reporting the attacks ahhh, thats no good, I have, and the attacks just go on. best to try differend sims away from the sims that the grifers are using being orbited off game is normal lindens appear helpless, and can not even stop racist attacks on new comer. your best options are to stay away from the sim where you are attack or if you do take things of people, stop doing that, its how grifers pass objects to there victoms. click on your avatar and pick detach all this will remore all objects from you that you are wearing. you will have to reload the hair and shoes and maybe the shape and hair base. open the SL search Control and F type into it Help at Caledon there a avatar safey classes there go and check it out its a good start to the game if you are being grifed. good luck hope you do get to enjoy SL byee

hi press control and P once in game that open the preferances window the tabs on the left click to find voice chat, once you found the right page you can disable it there. just untick the voice chat box and the rest of the page will disable. good luck enjoy SL

hi sound like you got a old out dated viewer. you need to download the lastest viewer and do a clean install. if you do not know how to clean install, top of the page click the knowledge base tab. and type into the search box how to uninstall and reinstall second life. from the drop down menu you see it so just click on that, to go to the link page you can read up on how it done there good luck byee

hi viewes on differend viewers are mix. but it appear that firestorm user are alway having to clean install the veiwer. and if you got linux the shape some times will not load so you appear as a cloud. and if you got windows, the hair base fail to load and again you look like a cloud. i do use the old phonix viewer, I think the old viewer is user friendly. the new veiwer are always spaming there self. and some times you do not know some one talking to you, as there so much going on. what i call spam. enjoy sl try the viewer you may like it good luck byee

hi foreget the rule first you do not tell people you avatar name you do not mix SL with RL do not tell friends who you are in game. and do not tell people you password Lindens can not stop people talking in game, about what you say, it a chat room. they may ban the people avatar but they just log back as a new avatar. so protect your self do not tell people that you play the game that way you are safe, and do not use you personnel Email address, make a new one and use that. press control and F type into the search once in game Help at Caledon, go to the avatar safey classes. good luck byee.

hi if lindens put your account on hold or closed it, they send an Email to tell you check you Emails for that account, and read it if you got one. from the Email you can set up you support case, and offer lindens the reason that they can not shut you down. How ever, if you have not got a Email from linden labs. they did not shut you down or close your account. top of the page, you see the knowledge Base. click that tab and you see lots of options type into the search support case or Customer you see customer support in the drop down menu. hope that help you I do use a avatar as a banker, if I need cash, I log in as the banker and send myself the cash and then log him off. and that is all he used for. hi try to change the start loccation in the viewer before logging in to SL were it say last loccation click on that to open it and type into it pooley or mainland london or paris. also you could try a cable, from the computer to the hub. it may be your wireless that is letting you down hope you sort it but more information would help byee

hi you have to buy it to remove the demo, demo are so you can see what you buying before parting with the cash. you have lots of skins in the inventroy, and there are free shops click on a picture and pick buy press control and I that open the inventory. at the bottom of it you see the library. open that there lots of avatar to pick from in there, just open the fodler and click on what you wish to try on and pick wear. there are tutorial.
