hi press control + P that open the preferances window click the graphics tab on the left. look for hardware setting button click that you see little boxes, all tick, click on them to untick them and then check if this has impove you look if not try clicking one box at a time and check if this has work. my setting are all untick, and it work ok hope that help you enjoy the game check out the Help at Caledon press control and F for the SL search, and type help at Caledon, into it. good luck bye

hi if your Alt ok try reloading your shape if you using linux and hair base if you using window. that is what normally fail. clearing the caches file can also help you, press control and P that open the preferance window, click on the tabs on the left and look for the clear caches button click that to clear caches hope that help byee

hi your garphics need updating or your internet need a restart first shut down the internet wait 5 mins and restart it then open your preferances control and P open the tabs on the left you are looking for caches button click that to clear your caches. then restart the viewer you may appear as a cloud at first but that will clear if not top of the page open the Knowledge base look for graphics crad on page 2 in there you see green words ATi Drivers NV Drivers intel Drivers there lots more support for other graphics cards, but they are the most comman click on the words, as they are a link to the updated graphics card drivers good luck enjoy SL byee

hi top of this page you see a tab Knowlegde base open that and type into the search group manager you get a drop down menu from there you find a tab opening group files or managing groups there lots there to help you thats why its call a knowledge base enjoy sl byee

hi you can use the search to find the group and check if it is close. if not ask them why, telling them that you have only supported the group so why have they ban you. they do not have to tell you why, but only a coward would not answer your question so if that the case, you best off out of there group enjoy the game and do not joint to many groups that way you can keep in contact with what going on good luck and enjoy SL byee

hi I have had that also on being crash I was getting that alot. the caches would download and this would be put right , after 2 or 3 restarts. or you have to tick the little box that show muted avatar in the avatar list the information is in the SL caches and need to download, if you done a clean install there is away to force a caches download from SL one of the other helper was talking about this last month. to and avatar in need hopefuly they can put more light on that hope you get sorted and not have to start remuting people good luck byee

hi you can get a undeformer at Caledon, its free at the avatar safed classes. they can also help you loccated the object in the inventroy and deleted it. type into the SL search Help at Caledon lots of help places have deformer, not help island or orinentation island. hope that help you good luck byee

hi go to a sand box and razz it there drag it from the inventory and dorp it on the ground that how most people razz object enjoy your game byee oh you can find a sand box i the SL search control + F type into that sand box the best one is at mainland, you find it a 5 hour one, after 5 hour is up the sand box auto retrun all objects and restart for 5 more hours. good luck enjoy byee

hi in the library at the bottom of the inventroy, you will find alpha masks, this will make you feet invisable. this only works for shoes and boots covering the foot. or you can use a new shape, you can normally edit the new shapes from the library, so you can make the feet smaller. and your avatar taller and fater as you like, hope that help you. enjoy the game byee

hi all you are looking for is in the library. you find that at the bottom of the inventroy. there lots of things in there even a shop and im told some have a free house. but you need to rent or own land to use that, but to check them out razz them in a sand box. enjoy Sl byee

hi if its the first time you use the viewer and not log into the game. then you need to start off by typying your name, and if there 3 boxes the next is were you type resident, if only 2 boxes then do not type resident at all the last box type your password. then click the log in button. you get a new window that need to read the tram of service, and tick the box saying you read it, then ok. you will then log into the game. enjoy the game byee

hi what I would do is click on myself and pick from the pie menu, detach all objects. that will detach your shoes and hair to. so you need to reload your avatars look. hope that help you also need to report the avatar that give you the object, and do not take things off people in game again. enjoy the game bye

hi I have reported racist attacks at help sims (PG). use the ARs the fact are.no one cares, and SL appear to me to do nothing. I was force off help island as I help young people who were racist attack, to a sim were they were safe with there own country man. Its not right that a game that international appeat to promott this, is allow to carry on in this way. I have been ban for telling it how it is, so be careful, they can call you n--gg-r and peaohilefile, they can promott hate aim at you, and commaned a large group of helper that will use there powers to get you ban, this for me happen from day one on arrive at the help sim. I have had two computer wirte off and one badly damace by over heat, this happen in the help sims, it is due to lag, this the grifer can deliever to your computer in game. be aware they can stop you this way, they have me and they have done this to lots of people, so best to keep shut and just report the crime and inform the police in your country what going on, this is best done in wirting. please to have meet you. enjoy SL byee

hi check you have the latest viewer updates. I have not use that viewer personly, but there so many, Just lately people are saying they can not log on, and have deleted there pay pal account detail on there account, this can be done by googe secondlife.com, one new comer did this and log on start away. its the last option, you could try a different viewer first, they are all free. hope you get this sorted out, good luck. byee
