I realize there are a ton of issues being worked on on the Marketplace but I'm curious whether anyone has heard any updates on when they plan to turn on the ANS. A little communication would go a long way... *sigh*

My sales have also taken a dump this past week. I was thinking it must just be people afraid to buy but now I'm wondering if it's the search. I only have a year of sales to refer to so I can't compare to this time last year. Maybe more people are spending time outside since Spring is in the air! If that's the case, I'll gladly take the hit.

I listed two of my dress styles that are from that era ans so far, they are still up (/me knocks on wood). I suspect people/competitors are getting flag happy. I would try to relist again if I were you.

Thank you Czari! These are great tips as to how I can also offer demos of my outfits. Now I know what my weekend will entail... make that the next 4 weekends. On topic, tho, I feel strongly about making sure my customers are satisfied with their purchases so any way that I can make them feel secure in buying from me, I'm willing to make the effort. I think that's true of most merchants.

As a merchant and also a shopper, I pride myself in taking my pictures in default lighting and showing my clothing as it would look inworld. Anyone who has been here for a while will know that prims may reflect light differently, etc. Having said that, I've been thinking about offering demos in my main store but am unclear as to what would be a sufficient demo. Can anyone tell me what they'd like to see? I'm demo illiterate, it seems. I do, however, display some outfits on mannequins and am happy to model any outfit on request.

Mine is gone too. I also can't get into my store's merchant tools. I submitted a ticket. I don't understand the difference between a ticket and a JIRA. Does anyone know?

Yes. That's what I'm seeing although, since I already have a store, I should have options to view my merchant pages. They are gone. I submitted a ticket.

I logged in to my marketplace store just fine. It brought up my listings and it shows that my lindens grew overnight, so I wanted to view my transactions. When I clicked My Marketplace, it's asking if I'd like to create a store. Is anyone else having this issue?

I just think that you have some very good points and when you say them in a thoughtful, mature way, you will get farther than you would by coming across as angry. I understand your frustration so I'm just trying to say that the threats likely won't get the right kind of attention. Your more calm and thoughtful response, however, certainly got my attention and raised my level of respect for you and your message. Faster, yes! But is anyone buying? Lie to me if they are because my MP sales have dropped to zero in the past 3 days. NOT normal but understandable if customers are scared.

I'm just curious Josh. You've said in other threads I've read of yours that you sell your items at 9L each. I'm assuming this is because you wish to not pay a percentage to SL. I get it, but, as a designer, I'm not sure how aware you are of how YOUR business decision (based on anger and nothing more, in my opinion) actually hurts the rest of the designers who value their time and creative know-how and need to charge more for their products to actually make it worthwhile. Not trying to be mean. I just think change starts from within. You aren't perfect. Calm down and take a look at yourself first before judging others. P.S. Not sure, since you obviously aren't contributing to SL's bottom line in any way, how your threats would be taken seriously anyway.

I bought the Linden bear and tried the outbox in both the LL viewer and Firestorm and neither Merchant Outbox lets me drop anything into it. Is anyone else having this problem?
