This has always been the case. It's possible that it is worse now than before, of course. The Marketplace converts our images to jpgs (which have a loss of resolution) and resizes them if the uploaded image is not the exact size it requests.

You will be hard pressed to fit anything on top of mesh underwear so it is only good for wearing it alone. System underwear will fit under anything.

A lot of merchants have redelivery terminals in their stores so that customers can get an item they purchased redelivered if they are not online. Tell your girlfriend to go back to the store and look for one. Usually in the entrance area. Good luck!

There can be a delay but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a feature to show up. I would put in a ticket.

I've had a similar issue twice in the past 2 weeks. I placed my no copy items into my vendor system dropbox and set up a vendor for them. The next day, the item was no longer in my dropbox and my vendor was gone. Neither was ever returned to me. I submitted a ticket and was told not to place no copy items when they are doing rolling restarts. The thing is, according to the status site, they weren't. I suspect rollbacks is what caused my items to be lost.

I totally agree with you. As a shopper, I won't buy unless I know what I'm getting. As a merchant, I include permissions, a list of what comes in the package (including layers), and I also show the product (clothing usually) from all angles. Nothing irks me more than loving the front of a dress and then hating the back when I get it.

Yes. Spring tends to show a decline in sales and summer tends to be low year after year. Sales always pick up in the Fall and winter. I've heard many other merchants say the same thing.

Is PayPal not a global service? I've always used LL's Lindex service and have never had to wait more than 4 days from selling my lindens to it being deposited into my PayPal account so I'm trying to understand the impact for so many.

As a clothing designer, I would only purchase seamless textures that are 1024 by 1024 or bigger. They have to be full perms so that I can use them in my designs. The only other piece of advice I can give you is to NOT undervalue your work by pricing too low. It will be great to have another texture designer on the grid. Welcome!

That happens to me sometimes. I've been able to switch viewers for a little while to upload. You could try that.

Another option (depending on the viewer you use) is to ADD the jacket layer on top of another jacket layer to layer your clothing. You would ADD instead of WEAR the outer most item you want to put on.

This is truly what you are stuck with. The Lindens have some algorithm they use to determine product placement in search and on your storefront. It's based on sales so the more a product sells, the closer to the front of your store it will appear. I think, though, that a lot of customers understand how to look for "newest" items by selecting it from the drop-down menu. Trust me. We all wish we could choose the placement.

I have noticed the same thing recently. It seems as if you do anything at all to a listing it drops to the bottom of relevance. Whether it stays there, I'm unsure.

They are legit, Apelles, they just have a real disconnect with their websites's support. Keep trying to connect with them. They've actually helped with my business. Granted, that was last year.
