You're unfortunately not allowed to name names in a negative manner as this is in turn seen as Abuse and Griefing. As has been set right click on the sign and click on return. Also, have you considered moving maybe? There's many wonderful sim's out there with open parcels and landlords that are much more corteous.

This doesn't look like an account issue and more of a connection/viewer issue. What viewer are you using currently? Have you tried other viewers such as Firestorm, Phoenix or Singularity? Additionally, you have to have estate owner/manager rights in order to do that. If you simply own a parcel on the sim you cannot change the covenant. If you live on mainland you cannot change the covenant.

I agree. I have started to do hunts and now I get spam. As a costumer...I *will* landmark stores I came across that tickled my fancy. I have landmarked a few wonderful stores I came across just today on my current hunt. I happily bought things from those stores because I loved them! No spam needed. At all. Just quality products! Do I like every store I came across? NO. Do I want random spam? NO. Do I want the choice of getting advertisments? HELL YES. Those stores who automatically put me on a list to advertise to me in any way shape 'o form will end up muted and you can have the best products EVER, if you spam me, I won't look at your store EVER again.

I agree, you should use a newer viewer, but if you're adamant on sticking with the one you have, clear the viewers cache, or do a clean de-install and re-install of the viewer.

It's out of LL's hands if these business don't own up to their end of the bargain, and as far as I know there's nothing you can do to /make/ them pay you

I have a skybox parcel (no ground use) and there's a certain user who has placed prims on my land 30-40, twice now in 2 weeks. Naturally my skybox has rezzing disallowed. I can never see the objects but from the script tab it says they're plants and such. I return them of course, but wanted to know how this is possible and how I can prevent it. 30-40 prims is a lot and I am annoyed and uncomfortable that this happened twice now.

You could also contact the seller, explaining the situation courteously and giving them your transaction number of the purchase. Often sellers will re-deliver an item and it's quicker than contacting LL.

As far as I know you have to eject everyone from the group first so only you remain. Then after 48 hours the group is auto deleted as groups need at least 2 members to continue existing.

I do not like this guide. Why? You are basically saying we are not entitled to voice our opinion. If I don't like pickles and someone is gushing about them in front of me I'll tell them I don't like pickles. What matters in that situation is that you TELL them you don't like them, but you tell them NICELY. That's what matters. I agree with you. Objects shouldn't be returned just like that when it's a known fact that LL eats items. If anything, a simple IM ala "Hey, we don't need your DJ booth anymore, could you come pick it up within the next 24 hours?" would have been much more curteous.

This sounds more like a connection problem than an SL problem. Have you checked your modem and ran some internet speed tests? When you disconnect it's not always shown immediately that you did, you still have the impression that you can talk to people and do things before it shows you you crashed. Also, the more info you give us the easier it may be to help you. Has this happened more than once? Have you been able to relog quick? Do you have any other problems that might tie to this one? What viewer are you using and so on.

There is NO way for lindens to leave your account WITHOUT being on your transaction history. So if you are SURE you checked it, which honestly I can't quite believe...call the billing hotline.

Have you checked the transaction history? Account -> Transaction History -> Select the dates you want to see which transactions have been made on your account.

Are you in any group that you have to pay liabilities for? Also, when you're hacked, people don't need to move your avatar to do Linden transactions. You can log into the main SL site and check your transaction history to see where your Linden dissapeared to!

In the group screen you can see what role you have, and you can also see what role has which permissions. If you have the right permissions and still cannot perform the appropiate action file a ticket, otherwise speak to your group owner :3

While I truly share the sentiment, it looks like you're expecting Lindens to read your post. Sorry, but no Lindens here, this is a user run answer forum which I doubt staff reads. All you can do is continue to file the AR's as the abuse happens.
