    The parcel is only 4096sqm and it is currently built out. I’m not sure what project you had in mind but it might not be suitable given the limitations.     Not sure where to post this but: I have a beach on a moderate mainland parcel with a cool little cafe and attached discussion room with a circle of leather chairs (complete with a discussion tracker / facilitator object). It also has a dual bowling alley, playable pool tables and darts, public change rooms and a small sandbox. The parcel goes mostly unused as I don’t have the time to run events any more; but I don’t want to give up the space as I do use it for building etc. So I am looking for anyone or any group that might want to use the space for their weekly meetings or hangouts etc - for free of course, as long as the space is respected.     Haha I actually love the sound of this and can’t wait to see it implemented. You’ll likely need a couple external databases set up as well to track all the data etc.

    Wow. I spent hours there the other day and honestly can’t believe the details. I absolutely love it and hope the sim sticks around for a while. The underground jazz club complete with thick cigar smoke hanging in the air is just *chefs kiss*

    I have a series of scripts that require an external MySQL database to be set up. I have a website and MySQL host, but I just can’t figure out how to set up the stupid databases. I’ve looked up tutorials. I’ve tried to set them up my self, but I’m a dunce. Please help, will pay.
