Sparkly Rainbow

The current look for my humble home. I have gone through just about all the styles, and settled on the Adams. It is a cute little house with just enough space. I really liked the Winchester, but so does everyone else on my street. So, I decided to stick with the Adams .... for now ...

That's kinda what I figured - looks very random and odd. I guess the Moles just like to have some fun

Not sure if this is relevant, but on SSPE185 there is a railroad station, tracks, a water tower, and a Tactical Nuke - all placed there by the Moles. Also some other random things (camels, a goat and a rail handcar). I have no idea if they are the beginning of something, or just the moles having fun.

Love the idea to see some positive things here in the forums. I also got my houseboat on the first day release. I was very lucky and got one in an excellent location. I have seen some real nice locations being developed now by the Moles (who do an AMAZING job), but I don't think I would ever give up what I have. I've been in SL for over 14 years, and have lived in all kinds of places (rentals, owned mainland, owned private island, original Linden homes, the old linden starter land, and now Bellisseria). I had started to feel like SL was getting "stale", but am so happy now that they have created this new sense of community. Bellisseria is definitely beautiful, but what they have really created is a sense of "home". There seems to be a pride of ownership and the things that people are doing with their homes are just amazing. It has made logging in to SL so much more fun. I really look forward to seeing what's new every day and touring around the new homes and lands. I have boated, ballooned, biked, hiked, skateboarded and walked more around this continent in the last few weeks than I had in the past 12 years.

This is great, thanks for opening this up. Unfortunately I won't be able to be at the grand opening, but I look forward to other events and just hanging out there.

I was just wondering if anyone has set up a Flickr group for our pictures yet. I love looking at what people have done. Everyone is doing such an amazing job with the new Linden Homes, it is just awesome.

Just wanted to take a minute and say Thanks to everyone who has gone out of their way to post LM's, compile Lists, and make it possible to find such wonderful places on this new continent. It is just so amazing to wander around and check out all the beautiful places that the residents and the Lindens have created.

My houseboat . . . I love boats and may have gone a little "overboard", but they are just so much fun. Hope to post more photos soon.

My support ticket went through after all - just got an email confirming my ticket Glad to see that the grid status was updated - at least that means they are aware. Hopefully they can get it all worked out.

I"m having the same problems also - just like yesterday. can't login - also very slow responses from the second life websites. Happy to know it isn't just me or my computer ... spent hours yesterday trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer or connection until they finally posted a status update. Hope they notice and get this fixed for real this time. Tried to file a suppor ticket but will not go through - just times out and tells me the site is unreachable.

Same thing here - Can't login to secondlife Can't get to main site I can only get to the grid status and forums. Hopefully someone will post something about what's going on.
