All I found was the segment from the real Morning Show, with the 2000's tv hosts remarking incredulously about a realistic 3-D virtual world with CYBERSEX!!! I do dig the action-porn music playing through the whole bit though - amplified by the fact that this was actually on morning tv in the US 20 yrs ago. Families ate donuts while watching this

I hope the Apple TV drama version was a better representation of all the good the we can find on the platform every day. I love SL, and care that it's being represented well to those who don't have a clue.

I don't know the show so I couldn't really say but it seemed to have nothing to do with SL, they just wanted a 3D chat environment for some scenes I guess

They used a nice looking sim though, I think the last time SL was on TV was decades ago so maybe it'll drive some interest if people recognize it as Second Life. The clip is on the Second Life subreddit if you're looking.

Thank you for that.  I had to sign up and learn quickly to get to it but I can say Reddit is a lot less confusing for me than Discord, so it really wasn't much trouble.  I tried to read the location on screen but it was too small for me.  Any ideas?

I have the video file and took a close look, the location is blurred I assume intentionally

I was concerned about language and copyright, you know how these things are these days. Fair use should apply but... you know how that goes now. Just wanted a Yes/No from Lindens but obviously not forthcoming, I'll leave others to find it

I was watching the morning show finale and up pops Second Life! I thought it was really great to see SL just slipped into something mainstream without all the negative references it normally attracts. The message was, yep, still here and still going strong. My only criticism was SpaceCase's AO which did seem a bit clunky!

It also helps that SL has been around so long to the time Stella was silenced. Also is one of very few MMRPGs that ran on MacOS.

When I seen that I thought the Fox looked like Patch.

I feel like secondlife is pretty off-brand for Stella's character. But it's interesting to see if featured again on TV. Wonder how old the writers of the show are.
