Marketplace delivery failure, but still charged

Hello,

I made a purchase this morning on the marketplace, after waiting about 20 minutes and the page not loading, I tried again, same issue.
About half an hour ago I finally got am email stating that the items couldn't be delivered, and I wasn't charged, but if I go to my L$ transaction history the transaction is there, matching the invoice number. Marketplace says I never got my order so I can't redeliver, but the funds have been removed from my wallet.

What do I need to do to get my L$ back? I've had delivery failures before, but never one I got billed for, then told I didn't lol.

Same problem for me. I got charged L$299 x 4 but did not receive the product. I did went inworld to buy the product and got it. Thing is where did my L$1,196 go?

It went to Commerce Linden.  As @LittleMe Jewellsaid above, file a support ticket and include your transaction info.

i'm having the same problem ordered two items from the same store got one but not the other. Granted its only $30 but still that $30 i'm out of. I've been in contact with the owner of the store and she sent me links that go no where but to emails an she does not have auto redelivery on her items. What is a girl to do?

I am a small timer creator with a shop in the marketplace but haven't log on for over a month. Just came back from oversea and found that there hasn't been any transection in my shop for over half month which is unusual coz I normally get some sales every week. I tried purchase something from the marketplace just then, mostly DEMOs but they didn't get delivered. 

Since I have been paying L$719 per week to have one of my products (a fur shawl) featuring on the checkout receipt page, I am hoping they can get this bug fixed asap.

Just like we've been advising the others in this thread who have experienced purchase problems...

FILE A FRIGGING SUPPORT CASE!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure YOU know this, but for anyone else who is still confused or clueless:

  • Scroll down to the bottom of this page.
  • Under the column "Connect With Us" find the item "Support" and click on it
  • Follow the prompts to create your support case.
