How to flatten & terraform purchase land, that raised all of sudden after a login?

My purchased land is now raised with a built Towne house, covering up objects I rezzed inside it. My security orb & guard dog is covered up in raised land all of sudden, after login 12/28/21.

corruption is one matter, a gross accident is another. I need terraform solutions how to repair the land "flattened", to uncover the object items in raised land inside the Towne house.

(2) attachments should tell a story before & after the incident happened.

Right click the land and Edit Terrain.
