I’d be interested in any recommendations you might have for small low LI homes.

I can't do that since we're not allowed to promote our own stores here. But if you want medium sized houses still small enough to fit a 512, with proper LoD and not too high LI, you can't do much better than La Galleria.

The key to a home for a 512 is to get the maximum interior space with the lowest LI.  In other words, you can't build out but you can build up so the 512 is probably best for people who can build.  If you are shopping, AnnaErotica has some very nice low LI builds that will fit a 512 with more than enough interior space.

I understand you want a house on the ground, but I would pick a skybox here. I know you have at least a home in Bellisseria. So a skybox might be a change. Plus that you do not need to use LI on the garden, fence, outdoor furniture.

I have the Soho loft and have lived in it, but I think the Brooklyn loft is super too. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/160862?utf8=✓&search[layout]=gallery&search[category_id]=34&search[sort]=land_impact_asc&search[per_page]=96&search[keywords]=&search[price_low]=&search[price_high]=&search[land_impact_low]=&search[land_impact_high]=&search[copy_permission]=0&search[modify_permission]=0&search[transfer_permission]=0&search[limited_quantities]=0&search[is_demo]=0

Simple and modern I think. I ended up finding something and I’m pretty happy with the result.  Always great to hear other options though!

I’m using this at the moment and I love the style:

Well, you've got one of the best homes hehe, so not much to say, Tromp L'oeil is amazing.

If you follow Marianne's advice about a skybox, I would go for Apple Fall, they come with great stylish textures and windowvs (I confess I am not 100% objective here because I am in love with their work):

Some other cute residentials:

A while ago I found this store, BBX Designs; we had got a 512sqm little parcel and needed something low prim as you. Of course, it is not the same ahttp://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Apple Fall/48/129/29s Trom L'oeil, but it worked for us:

And as usual, my beautiful Maya's buildings store. I usually get the cottages, but I also have both Miami and Rich houses, and they are pretty nice
