If nothing helps, move on, because LL will not do anything in this cases, it's a resident to resident issue, and they stay far away from those. Lesson in this : never rent a place unless you spoke to a representative.. don't just go on automated systems. If you see your landlord as being online, it's possible you see the rental bot, and not a real avatar online. btw.. it's not the responsibility of your new landlord if you can or not feed your animals ... The only repsonsibility the landowner has is indeed that he needs to have working stuff... but it seems not to do that. All other concequences are for your own .. it's really not anybodies concern or worry that you can't feed your hobby prim pets. It's buyer/renter risk... nobody can step into that for you. Until very recently I was online (logged in) many hours of every day, but I was only at the keyboard for a small part of it. Nevertheless, since the person was online, s/he should have seen your messages sooner or later, and done something about it. But that depends on when you first sent the message. Until a few years ago, I would often be inworld for many hours - even while I slept in RL - and so any queries that came to me regarding my store had to wait until I was awake and at my desk. I had a note in my picks about it, but since that was before Firestorm and its autoresponse options, that was the best I could do. Nowadays it's good practice for any business owner who may be inworld but not at-keyboard to set up an Autoresponse to let customers know their query will be dealt with as soon as possible, but if the business owner doesn't use a viewer that has autoresponse as an option, that's not possible. ETA: Also, it's a bit unusual to say the least that the support person you spoke to doesn't have enough powers to offer you a group invite themselves. Zecilia Posted July 21, 2017 Author Share Posted July 21, 2017 i will end the dicusion about this because this not have fundament nomore I sended Yestarday morning a notecard (the MI are not always recived) and i sended another 24 hours later if the rent is 7 days i have to wait 5 days to complian about the problem when the rent is over?????, the owner was online after i send the notecard, the support people was online in this 2 days that i rented the skybox and one of them could even tell me: sorry i can do nothing but i will leave a message to my boss???? all them was away of the computer??? all them was too bussy to come online and go ofline and come again and so and no one could read it???? come on, i found it out other people that complains about the same that happened to me with this person, so i am not the only one that has this problem with the poor person that took my 1050L for a skybox for 7 days of rent that i could not even use 1 time and i had to rent another so end of the problem i will ever again rent or use nothing about this person and is oke not all the person live online but if u have a bussiness u should take care about it and that all goes ok, right? this is what the people with respect for the others do it, in him webpage said that they have 24 hours online support and other greats things about that if u have a problem mail him bla bla bla. thank u all Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
