Mmmmm is the warning that you are from Egypt of any significance beyond locating your country of origin?

OK, if your MasterCard is Bank Issued and a full credit card and not just a Debit card then it should be acceptable if the backing currency is noted below.

Accepted currencies and payment methods

You may use the following payment methods with Second Life:

  • Visa
  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Delta Online
  • JCB
  • Discover (U.S. Residents only)
  • Visa Electron (non-U.S. Residents only)
  • PayPal

The currencies accepted for payment vary depending upon the payment type you use.

KBnote.png Note: If you have had a payment method on file since before December 7, 2011, you may need to remove and re-add that payment method before making payments in non-USD currencies.

Visa, MasterCard, and Visa Electron

You may pay in:

  • AED, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, JPY, KRW, MXN, MYR, NOK, NZD, PLN, RUB, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, ZAR

American Express

PayPal

For a complete list of currencies accepted by PayPal, visit their official website and view the page on multiple currencies. To use your PayPal balance when making transactions with Second Life, it must be in USD. You can convert your balance to USD at paypal.com (PayPal may impose exchange fees).

If this doesn't help your situation, you should call the Billing Department.

It might well be because you;re from Egypt .. poke your bank and make sure they arent blocking you from paying for an international service, failing that, poke LL billing and ask.

This forum is resident to resident, so we can only point you in the right direction, you will have to poke LL yourself.

Nah, necroposts can be useful and fun.  But I have gotten into the habit of noticing the dates on top posts before replying...something I recommend for everyone!
