  8. Wann hast du denn das Häkchen gesetzt? Die Suche wird ja immer nur einmal pro Tag aktualisiert, wenn ich mich jetzt nicht irre. Wenn das schon länger her ist, würde ich mal ein Support Ticket aufmachen. Ab und zu scheint da auch gerne mal was zu klemmen.
  9. AFAIK there are some issues with the newer ATI drivers and older cards. Sounds weird, but did you try to downgrade to an older driver version?
  10. Actually I don't know exactly if and if yes in what cases the shown available memory is affected by the aperture size. I only remember that if you use different tools you get a varying results with AGP cards. The only reliable source is if the graphics card posts a message during boot.
  11. Is he on the estate banlist? You should contact the estate owner to check that.
  12. Those memory available display was IMHO always buggy on AGP cards because of the "great" feature idea of AGP cards to use additional main memory for textures. Because of that, you should find in you computer's BIOS a setting "AGP aperture size" somewhere. And if I'm not completely wrong, this was by default either set to 256 MB or 128 MB.
  13. If SL would really try to detect the memory itself, it would be required to run with administrator priviledges and since it doesn't it will assume what it's presented by the graphics card driver.

  16. You can easily check that in your Account Summary, right part of the page, first table, first row shows your account type.
  17. Oh, the ATI weird graphics standard solution. Try disabling OpenGL Vertex Buffer objects: Open preferences (CTRL-P) Open the "Graphics" tab Click on the "Hardware options" button in the bottom right corner Uncheck "Activate OpenGL Vertex Buffer objects

  20. Try clearing the cache, for best results manually. The automatic cleaning feature often works not flawless thus resulting in not all cache files deleted. So you should clear the cache manually and let SL load the inventory completely new. The best way to do so is: In SL, go to a lag free sim like Aqua Open the preferences (CTRL-P) and there the Network tab (on the left) Note the cache location path shown on the right Close preferences and exit SL Open a file manager like Windows Explorer Navigate to the cache path noted in step 3 Delete ALL contents in that folder Start SL again and login. The inventory will be loaded directly from the LL servers.

  22. Wobei man ja auch wenn man schon kauft darauf achten sollte, dass die Shape editierbar ist. Dann kann man immer noch ein wenig an den Reglern spielen und sich individualisieren. Dabei sollte man dann aber schon sehr vorsichtig an die Sache gehen, um die Proportionen nicht aus dem Ruder laufen zu lassen. Überhaupt sollte man niemals eine Shape kaufen, die nicht editierbar ist. Leider grassiert in SL die Unsitte, dass viele kommerzielle Shapes einen 2,4m Riesen aus dir machen. Sowas lässt sich dann natürlich nicht korrigieren, wenn man nicht editieren darf.
