Did you buy it on the SL account website or inworld or on XStreetSL? If you bought it on XStreetSL, it's on your XStreetSL account. You need to transfer them to your SL account. If not, you should file a support ticket to Linden Labs.

You mean that is the maximum download speed you can have. That doesn't say anything about quality of service, response time and download rate from specific sources!

And this is also with the official viewer? Sounds like connection issues like a bad connection to me.

Yes and no. They are not directly part of the TOS, but when you accept the TOS, you accept to agree to the Community Standards. See Paragraph 4.1 of the TOS.

I don't think it's that easy. Although LL now owns XStreetSL, they have a different TOS. So the question is a) does the SL CS apply here and b) the SL CS only mentions Second Life and Second Life Forums, but not XStreetSL

Apparently, LL seems to know it's a technical issue and wants to investigate / is investing it, but wants residents to file support tickets on it. This came on SL Grid Status Old IMs reappearing in chat We have had reports of old IMs, some as old as 2 months, reappearing in chat as if they were just resent. We want to assure residents we believe this is a technical problem and not associated with anything intentional or malicious. We are investigating the cause and if you wish to send in a support ticket with your experience we will pass that information on to the investigative team.

Did you try a relog? I often have this kind of message when I login with an alt at the same time on the same PC. A relog usually helps for me.

Default texture size is 512x512 pixels. You can/should use the templates available at http://secondlife.com/community/templates.php to create textures for clothing and skins. Edit: Okay, I just found out the download links on that page don't work for me any more. But you can optain the templates also inworld from the NCI freebie walls for instance...
