I am about to loose my mind over SLX these days.I get IMs hourly about fail sends.I fear using it as it will just do the same to me and last thing I want to do is sit in game waiting for a SLX buy . It has come to a point I just do not use it outside of the handfull of products I sell on it. LL gets the retard award for what they did to that thing,it use to work perfect...Money transfer in a hour.Sales where great,adds where worth buying SLX was a great vending tool at one point. Do not waist your time telling me how great it works for you,if you think just becasue somthing works for you means every one else is a clueless noob you are insane..when you have somthing logging in 100s of people at a time adding to the data base it will pass threw 20 actions just fine and the next 20 users can get cut off in the middle of it.

What..what...Void leaving the SLF ? Tell me it is not so...4 years ago I wanted to make scripted products for our maternity shops.. I followed Voids forums support for many years and in the end I went from being confused to the seller of many many many scripted huds systems..I owe a lot of my learning to Void.If I did read this right and you are leaving...I will miss you ,I always search for a Void post on log in.I will miss you Void,you helped me personally a few time and for that my friend was very kind and what a sweet heart you have been for me personally. there are so many functions i can not find in the new viewer. I can not find my adds for the life of me,I have to use fricken 3rd party viewer to adjust or remove my adds. In return of the favor to LL for playing hide and seek with a paid for product I removed all 30ks worth and be the last 100 RL a week they make off me over it. They do not show up in picks any more......or at least not in my viewer,only in firestorm they still do.In my mind that is a paid for product and should be in plain site when using the viewer. That is almost a cash out value of 5k a year lost in profit dollar over the lack of really testing a viewer and taking in feed back.Image how many others have just throw up their arms over search and now hide and seek adds. At times I feel they are just sinking the ship in vendor values and shifting to less profit dollar in return for less merchant users. They always stated they never had a goal to be people next new job,they had hopes it make the game more popular but never thought it get like this.

try sculpty painter,it is free and easy to use.it will let you save it in sculpted or object file if you wanted to take to blender to smooth or define more.

I had a good time with a friend goofing around there,we did not go to make lindens or try to be the winner of a game.We just simply walked around and checked out the builds. I had fun,she had fun..So I can not complain..Plus it dose you no good The fact is I agreed to a TOSS that informed me that this is a open project and many changes in viewer,money,traffic rules,land prices and market place is subject to change at any time.It also warns of price value is a risk.. The comments about shops not selling. my shops sells,when it is slow I reinvents my products and update and keep a active group (on some brands) It is a lot harder now to make a dollar or 500 in SL these days,slow weeks are more then I like..but I never came here with a dream it all work out and I always make my value,win my rewards and cash out big every month...I was taking a risk and a gamble the fist 30k add I bought in 2007 to the invesment of a lot of time my RL time.And we all know this is a gamble. You should go with the "phuck no I am not loosing" state of mind and enjoy your time here with others mixed with work time.That way when you fail at the profit...you can say you had fun,networked world wide with new friends and walk away a with something.

Seeing I make prim babies and maternity things you figure this would not bother me... becasue they are under skilled or out sourcing...I can not even remove a pick,add a pick.find or edit my ADDS..I am just stuck paying each week for old adds that need a edit..but there is NO FING WAY TO EDIT THEM GOD DAMN THIS IS SO PHUCKING PISSING ME OFF LATLY!!! damn weeks later and a new computer...KI still can not find my adds.....the button on picks is gone...when i use edit it in "more info" from search it dose nothng.for go sakes you can not even cancel the **bleep**ing add or change a image or the wording...im at that point LL about to loose my invesmnet....this is just crazy.they must get letting the interns code now...

OK the new viewer just released, they have made finding my classified add a wild goose hunt.Any one know where they are hiding them?The place where I can see the TPS and all that jazz.

the fact is the world is ever changing..trend come and go.SL was a trend not a way of life.It will decline as part of any trend also it was not design for every one to make money..it was design for creative play.

omgoose ...notecards ..notecards...notecards. I have a talking tummy system that has multi language and themes so the user can control the language and timing of the notecard reading.... Nothing but a problem...I have tried every thing in the book to improve this system to only find in the end...SL is just not a good platform for this...its suppose to be....its not a lot of issues .But in my book 1 issues is a issue as I am the kind of person that gets a little freaked out when a event is suppose to work..and fails... I have come to this.....my new update has only 1 notecard..I have just threw in the towel and will leave the process to converting their language in the card on their own and have a 1 card system..

I get the same thing at times,slow load to the sim and the site.here are the facts... SL is far from perfect I use comcast they are far from perfect. I just wait until it clears up,for me its some days not others but I get the same issues you are talking about. I play a ton of online games outside of SL and I run into this all over the place. The internet is not a well running machine at times, the way we have flooded its access accross the world. Tons of copper lines and optic fibers lines to satilites back to copper then to fiber...it is really amazing we have not seen a huge bottle neck that whipes it all out for days. Gets even stranger..the sun can effect the net..sound waves can effect the net..there are so many things that can effect this all.Now put that all to the side and image from 2004 to today any player can log in after years of being aways and in their inventory are 1000s of object uuids waiting for them stored in a history and every second the data base is ever changung its history as we build and build and build...If it did not do these crappy service thing I would I be worried...

Its hit or miss as all mine went out fine over the weekend(I was on 13 hour a say Saturday & Sunday) I bought and sold a bunch of stuff and it was all sent out with in 2 mins no IMs to me of failed sends.I believe SL market place problem is due to which serverswe use.We have a island I work out of and its lighting fast with market place.its a place with a good amount of traffic and a huge amount of vendors and server you think if any was laggy it be that one..But its not.I also own mainland and if I try to get market place sends there is a 20 mins wait.I have even tped back to the island and tried it back to back and its always fine on the island slow on main.

Keep in mind all those places are fun and interactive,many spend more on cost then they take in to have fun interactive sl experience for others to enjoy.I have never enrolled to one but have had friend that have .I have gone to some of their shows and they where really fun . The one I had friends in was Moda modeling They seem to have a lot of fun.

I always see this.There are tons of male clothing options in SL! Join the Kmadd designs group,between their website which is updated by many different designer in the male fashion you will find their events and groups are chuck full of male options.And has for many years : ) I think you guys just do not open your magoos!!! Male fashion is far from a small market in SL.

First Be realistic. Get a plan and stick with it,thinking people with a name will take their product they invest in land/adds and time and split the profits with a stranger is not realistic. If you look at the cost of a island,adds and build cost you are talking a easy 1000 RL or more a month in cost. Example ...We have 2 islands and 30k a week in adds each island cost 1k RL up front,300 a month to pay for and 30k a week in adds is 100 RL dollars.To think we meet some one new with a idea that is based on a already well used marketing like discount pricing is not realistic.(not that I would think you ask me to do any of this,but a simple example) I think we all find our own way here,I know my partner and I took the long road on our own.Spending years learning and investing. This money is cashed into RL money.. So lets be real,No one investing is in it for fun. If they have a name, it was not built on luck ,it comes from hard work and the end goal is money. Any one that claims that it's not ...well you are rich in RL or living on a different planet them most of us.. I spend 30 hours a week in SL there is a dollar amount goal tacked on to it..That is just being realistic.. Trust me I have a RL job and all the dead lines and stress I can handle.This is my version of online poker and I take a risk every month hoping it will pay it's self and a profit for me. rule of thumb...if you use 90% templets you are not going to get far...The people here that can say they made 20,30,50k a year here in RL money have worked their ass off doing it and did not make it off designers kits... Be real,work hard.have fun see what happens...

The cure all,,pull 9.99 out of your pocket and buy a 512 that has 0 cost,take advantage of the free house that also comes with a basic 9.99 account.Now you have 2 homes all for 9.99 a month add a few more bucks and get 1536m (adding a 1024 to your current free 512) and you will have plenty of prims for a home and still have your free Linden home for weekend get aways add a bit of skill and sell somthing and if you try really hard you will get it all for free from sales I started with a 512 and a pair of boots I made ,I only payed the 9.99 the first 3 months.After that my little sales coverd my SL cost.

I had the same issue when I built my dance chim,I did like Void was talking about ,I just made a static stand that is not looped and only plays 1 sec. So when I stop the cureant ani it calls a funtion I made that simply plays the stand and all was solved. I added the same to my child dancer scripts or the same happen to any one i invited to dacne,its kind of glitch I also took the same function and made a sync buttom,so it plasy that stand for 1 sec to me and any one dqancing on the hud and restarts us at same time.

look at it this way.it will be cheaper to just go market place.They will never read any ones post and say "oh lord we better change this! I do not care what any one says..this is a game...you must roll with the punches and change with the times to be able to profit.I This is my online poker..I invest my time and some money to roll the dice and see what I can make.I feel you on all of it and agree the changes are a bit 1 sided.Sure the new users got it all!! unlimited freebies and next to nothing kit made products!!

they do not care. They do not take in imput from the forums,these are a place We the poeple can be free support. They bought out market place and ruined it. The grid has so much lag you have to add 2 hours to every part of a build due to crashes,asset server down times that freeze image upload . They said they where going to start charging for the use of market palce for all the cheap stuff to control that ,but all they do is take the add money and let it get worst and worst and flooded with trash. On the bright side I sold off al my land long ago and trade people scripting work and partner deals for places to host my main shops I put all my accounts to free but 1,and only do I can send complaints that no one ever reads im sure ,they never fix anything to make me think they do. I moved on in life with a better RL job and just tossed this all to the side as a hobby and part time income. It is a great part time job for me. I gave up hope long ago in LL,I truly believe in myself and my abilities and have the cash out for years to remind me I seem to know how this works.But with out the support of the host of it all why bother.I think they have consultants that tell them people will always dream to make their living here and with all the easy to use kits it all seems soooo easy..they will aways have a stream of people in and out giving it a try. I know a bunch of people with 10L market place things with a few sims under their belt,the problem is LL lack of control,this has become a free for all and the cost to control it will be to much of a upgrade price tag.
