That's going on all over the place..Right now employees have a lot of power because just about everywhere is short handed.. Our company went from telling us what they were going to do with hours, to putting it to a vote amongst all the employees.. They wanted to up the hours, we voted it down.. There have been pay wars going on with companies trying to keep their employees as well as draw employees from other companies.. Myself since last spring, I've gotten 6 raises and two promotions and the year isn't even over yet.. hehehe I haven't had any free time at all, but the money is really good.. hehehe It's like, all they have to do is hear you are looking and they turn nice as can be..

It didn't need fixing because there are plenty of good jobs..this isn't 2008.

There are an abundance of jobs, but so many either quitting them or not getting them.. With that going on many of us are left to pull the extra weight. It sucks

I remember one time a few years ago where a guy just kept asking me things right out of the gate.. Him:What country are you from I told him Him: What part of the states are you.. I told him. What part of the south.. Then I got irritated and asked him, Why are you wanting to come over or something? Sometimes It just gets old..

Reborn is a very workable body with a nice range and way more creator support than Erika is getting after months of being out already.. I can't help but feel how much better Erika would have did if they just skipped the whole, apply for dev kit for that body.. I love the Erika body but just tired of trying to find things for it.. If they were both close in creator support, I'd have to say I would have a hard time choosing which body I would prefer.. Out of the gate Erika fit my current shapes much better and I like the hips much better.. But a little more tweaking with reborn and I'll be enjoying this body.. I really like it's range it has with the sliders. I can't help but think, with just the support reborn is getting that it's gonna hurt the Erika climb..

I've been listening to one of my favorite poets/rappers, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopez. I love about everything she wrote and the way she performed it with that attitude of hers.. Still to this day miss her and wonder what could have been. Her and Tupac both were taken way too early.. I love when she got around the other girls.. hehehe I love when I find a song that I didn't even know she was in.. It seems like there are so many places she pops up still to this day.

I don't let those kinds of conversations take that long.. I'll usually just act like I didn't get an IM. It sure wouldn't be log worthy.. hehehe

I mean as far as us having access to post in them..They were closed in that way to us.. I was just going to do one of my avatar for the fun of it.. I finally logged in but didn't have to go through social media or anything like that.. I just picked it up.. It looks like I won't have to adjust too much from my shape, which is nice. I like it so far.. I can't wait to have the time to tweak around with it some more.. I can't wait to see any updates coming and if they add more to it or not..

I think you are thinking mesh heads which a lot of those are around 5k mark.. Most bodies coming out these days are around 2500 to 3500.. Legacy is 5500..Kupra is like 4k. most of the rest are below that..

I've been shopping around thinking about putting something together.. I might be able to have that night off from work.. it's all going to depend on a couple moves that work is thinking about making or not.. If it's not in my favor, then I'll take that night off and all the ones after it, maybe even some before as well. hehehe

They can shut down Facebook for good and it wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit.. hehehe There are so many ways for families to keep in touch now that, I hope it runs it's course soon.
