I've been kind of keeping tabs on this.. I guess what's really going on is The IRS was supposed to be getting it's budget increased dramatically, but actually is going to receive even less that it got last year.. So there is a lot of political dancing going on with this new rule, so The IRS is postponing the 600 threshold rule until next year , because the politician are reworking the threshold, but since they are on vacation, they won't get back to work on it until next year.. I swear, we must be in a simulation, because it all feels like a movie.. lol The older I get the more I realize just how much of a cluster F we are living in.. hehehe Aaaanyways, this might be good news for some of you.. Although I would still watch yer backs and pay whatever taxes you need to pay, because as screwy as they are today, they may just grandfather things backwards.. The ball of confusion going on today is really spinning fast.. This guy explains it better without all the extra butter.. hehehe

What's that other saying.. God only lets things grow until they're perfect.. Some it just takes a little longer.. hehehehe Seriously though.. As long as they don't worry about me, I won't worry about them.. So far so good.. If some place does give you a hard time, just take it as a good sign that you wouldn't want to waste time there anyways.. one door closes ,another opens up.. There is just too many good places in SL to let a few sour ones slow me down..

A couple of things could happen.. There could be an explosion, you know because of dynamite coming in small packages, or something short and sweet.. hehehehe

There is no rule about restrictions on height in the TOS or in the maturity ratings.. What you have is those individuals that have places, putting the restrictions in their places they run or own.. A lot of them are more or less handing out misinformation, some are just being cautious in their own way.. You'll find more information in this section than anywhere, about what is allowed in the different rated areas.. you won't find height being one of them though.. Also, My avatar is 1.66 in SL, I'm around 1.47 in RL .. I really never have any problems in SL.. RL well I've got a lot of those handled..The ones I can reach anyways. hehehehe

From what Patch said, we should be getting the NUX shortly after the new year, so hopefully that's gonna happen.. I think they were just finishing up like waredrobe and loose ends from what it sounded like.. That's gonna be so helpful for new users.. I hope it has a nice impact on retention of new users.. Plus I want to play with it tew!! \o/ hehehe

This is what I came up with for his Avatar so far.. This is just from toying around with the stuff from the stores in the event.. Have to say, It sure goes quicker for guys running all those stores.. They need more stuffs.. hehehe I have to get him some hair.. hehehe

I'll be looking for things for a Huge Samoan built like a Mac Truck, Look..LOL

You should have went there.. They have some nice gifts on their gift wall just on the wall behind that display.. They have a cute nose touch up and some other nice things.. Even if the item that they are putting up as a gift, might not be what you are wanting.. It's always worth taking a look at their gift rooms and gift walls, since the groups are free to join, you can get all their gifts too.. I hit every gift room on that whole list.. There was so much extra really nice things along the way just doing that.. hehehe

The mesh eyes that come with the head, are setup for both, Bakes on Mesh/ BOM and Appliers.. This next part is mostly for the OP.. When using the mesh eyes set to, Bakes on Mesh ON, you don't need an alpha layer for the mesh eyes.. The Mesh eyes can now use the system eyes textures. This Alpha layer.. + ALPHA ( BOM Head + Body - APPLIER Eyes ), is for when using a Bakes on mesh Mesh body with the mesh eyes set to - Bakes on Mesh OFF This Alpha layer..+ ALPHA ( BOM Head + Eyes - APPLIER Body ), Is for when using a Mesh body not converted to Bakes on Mesh, With Mesh eyes set to, Bakes on Mesh ON This Alpha layer..+ ALPHA ( BOM Head - APPLIER Body + Eyes ), Is for when using a Mesh body not converted to Bakes on Mesh, With Mesh eyes set to, Bakes on Mesh OFF That's enough to make someone dizzy as hell right there trying to get a grasp on that.. LOL

I guess it is a matter of taste then.. Although I do still think Bom is a little simpler for a new user to learn than appliers.. Not that there is that much more of a curve..

If you haven't done the rest of the stores in the Lelutka Christmas event.. You really should get the eyes from AVI-Glam.. They have the set they are giving away for the Christmas present, which is in the center of the room when you first walk into the store.. Then on the same wall as the door, is their gift wall, which has even more eyes.. In each one of the packs you'll get appliers and system eyes.. The system eyes are for using BOM and the appliers are the same as using the eyes on your lelutka hud. I think you will have much less problems using the Bom system eyes.. It's just less headaches, plus it's just a better way all around.. you can set certain eyes for outfit folder, which you cannot do with applier eyes.. Using bom, you won't need to use an alpha layer, you would just change your eyes like you would changing your body skin or a tattoo.. just right click and wear them.. It'll make life so much easier and better.. it really is the better system.. I have a note card that i made that has all the land marks for the 54 stores in the lelutka Christmas event.. I'm gonna send that to you in world.. The Avi-Glam landmark is in there also.. they are all free, you just have to join their group which is free also.. then once you get their things from the store, you can leave the group if you wish..

It say's on the board, With the free edition you can get everything, But the advanced mesh editor and the dev kits.

If you want to use the eye colors in the Lelutka hud, which are applier eyes. You have to, turn off the bakes on mesh, and wear the, + ALPHA ( BOM Head + Body - APPLIER Eyes ).. This is using appliers. If you want to use system eyes colors on your mesh eyes, You have to,turn on the bakes on mesh, and then remove the alpha layer.. This is using Bom In other words, they have given you the option to use applier textures or Bom, but not both at the same time.. It's just getting used to how to use them..

A Gift I picked up from their store awhile back Then above the eyelids went with - keikumu - blind eye contour (choc).. Thier Christmas Gift The Lashes are from Delicatta - Sensation pack From their Gift Wall The lipstick is from - IVES x LeLUTKA EvoX - Cavalgada Gloss (HUD) #FATPACK.. From their Gift Wall The eyes are from - AVI-GLAM. Sahara Eyes - Lelutka Evolution.. from their Gift Wall The hair is from - Studio Exposure - Be My Baby.. I paid for the hair awhile back.. The Shape is one of mine.. It's been renamed so many times from saving points,since I put this skin on that I can't remember what I named it.. It'll probably end up with a name like, Ceka Raven Bla bla bla 42 HikE! by the time I'm done.. hehehehe I just thought it was such a cute skin right out of the box and looked very pretty on the raven head right away.. So I decided to mess with it a little bit.. ETA: I'm not used to working with such light skins, this feels like kind of new territory for me.. hehehe
