I have already said enough on this issue but let me just tell you this. About a month ago on the sim I rent there were hardly any vacant plots but since the start of this debate and the emergence of the Greenzone HUD the sim has remained at about 50% vacancy because one resident there is using Redzone. On another note I truly respect the estate owners who have chosen to ban such tools from their sims, it shows a high level of professionalism and integrity, just the kind of people I would rent from.

Yes, having payment info on file allows you to search and view adult content, however it is not the same as being age verified. Although you can still TP to adult regions you may encounter the rare region or parcel where the landowner has selected to allow access to only age verified accounts. Use the age verification form online and get verified, it's easy and quick, it won't hurt.

Try toggling the different Maturity Ratings and do search and see where you show up in each.

Arrrg! It's pissing me off too. Its so ironic that the same spammer griefer posted under the "Greifer Abuse" category too. I actually remember something mentioned on the old forums was that this would not happen with this new software, so I don't know what happened.

It is best to refrain from using the shopping cart. Most failed deliveries tend to occur when using the shopping cart, it is best to just use the buy now button. Also keep in mind that in the case of failed deliveries the merchant is not paid by LL although LL has taken your money. Be aware that there is a Notice on your order history telling you this, the problem is most people are not aware of this. When you have a failed delivery, click on your name (while logged in to the marketplace) click on order history and then click on "view invoice" at the very top you will see a notice from LL in red letters telling you that the merchant has not been paid for the items and if delivery fails after 8 hours LL will refund your money, whether LL does indeed ever refund the money I don't know but the fact remains that the merchant does not get paid.

If you know how to sculpt you can make the avatar outside of SL using a sculpting software and then you can import it to SL, but I have a feeling that is not what you want. Usually if you want to change your avi, you buy the items, shape, skin, clothes etc. from many content creators by visiting their stores or by going to the Marketplace online. As for the Gryphon avi you can see this one https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Gryphon-Avatar/56786 I own the adult and the smaller ne both and I love them, they are the best Gryphon avis in SL.

I am not sure what you mean, they are within the "Knowledge Base" tab, also you can see "Knowledge Base" in the breadcrumb.

@Sulak. The forums do not replace your dashboard on the site secondlife.com. You can still log in to your dashboard and see your contact list as you always have.

Try clearing your cache and then restart your viewer.

You can only do so if you have full permissions to the texture. Open the texture from your inventory then go to File > Save Texture As.

Thanks Brooke but LL fails again and that is a big fat F++. We would rather you did away with the shopping cart entirely not add to it. For many months we have been filing Jiras and speaking to the top of our lungs about the use of the shopping cart resulting in failed deliveries. Please just do away with it. Furthermore, how is gifting to teens going to be moderated?

You can always make a sign and put it on his hands for advertisement. Might as well get free labor out of it.

To add to all the good advice others have given, never ever rent land which you cannot buy from the "about land" tab period. Serious sim owners will rent their land this way. It is best because you can take control of the land immediately and also you have full control of the land settings (those allowed per parcel).
