i must maby explaine more the grey area will be a open hole so i see throw it

I have a problem, I should make a earring and will do a hole ( the grey marked) and I don´t know how I should do it, Can anybody give me any advise how i should do?

I have downloaded wings 3D and all the other programs for it to work, but i can´t get the import/export to work I have tried and traid so now I wonder if there anyone how can tell me how to do it?

I wonder how I should do to download textures to my hard drive on my pc?

I wonder if there any othere way to make a hole then hollow a hole, I will make a in a other place then in the middle of a prim near a edge
