She has doubled posted. The issue was that she wasn't signed in and she has it sorted

I think the same.. I was logged in fine dealing with a customer service issue and the screen went completely greyed out and inactive for about 5-10 minutes and I couldn't even log out, before recovering as normal. I was, of course panicked that the customer would think I was ignoring him

My log in for the sl website hasn't stuck stayed logged in for about a month for some reason. The marketplace stays logged in and the forums. I don't know why. I have cleared cache cookies and everything. Just one of those things I guess

are you actually logged in to the marketplace with your account name and password and activated the settings from the drop down?

Lucky you. I cleaned my invent in sl in the summer and got it down to 28k from 52 k... in aditi has never updated since and it is currently sitting at 59800

I am glad you found them. Sometimes it doesn't always work and inventory does disappear into the abyss

Have you tried your lost and found folder? This is the first location returned items go, often linked together in what looks like a little clump of boxes. You will need to rez this out to find what items were bunched together. I am sure someone will be along to explain that much more technically than I can
