Hello Joann and welcome to SL Forums. Try the following and see if that helps: Move to a region without lag, or better relog there. Protected lands like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere are recommended. Open your inventory type something in search there and wait fetching all your items till the last one. When fetching finishes, try to change outfit choosing choosing one with just the necessary stuff (skin, shape, hair, eyes, pants and shirt) without any attachments. Wait some seconds and rebake your textures with Ctrl+Alt+R. Repeat same process if it is necessary. If the problem remains follow the suggestions at the following link: http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/doku.php?id=fs_bake_fail They work for all viewers. If still you haven't fixed your problem, obviously you have corrupted files in your computer. If so, you have to delete them and to download new ones. To do that, delete all contests at the following folder and after repeat steps 1 and 2: C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ Secondlife / If the folder Appdata is a hidden, --> Windows Tools \ Folder Options \ View & enable Show Hidden Files/Folders Good luck. -
Hello anti. Try to clear your cache under your preferences in your log in screen and try to log in a protected land like Smith or Exeuxoa. If the problem remains, maybe your connectivity is the cause. Reboot your modem / router leting it closed for at least 2-3 mins and try again.

About the house: If you upgrade to a Premium Member you can get a small parcel on Mainland 512sq m2 with a house and 117 prims to decorate it as you wish. There is no an additional cost about it. Just your Premium Membership. If you don't want to upgrade you can buy a house at Marketplace but after you need to buy a land in a Private Estate to rezz it (montly or weekly tier required depending of the prims you need). About friends: At first, spend some time to fill your profile. Add some things about you and about the persons you want to meet and add 1-2 SL pics of you. Watch also the threads here under Make Friends Caterogy. Daily residents are looking for new friends. Use SL Search and Destinations to explore new places and meet new friends. Try the beta 3.2.5. As you can read in release notes you can "Remove minimum window size constraint in the Viewer". -

Hello Sofiee. It is a bug with the last version of Viewer 3 (3.2.4). You can't set your screen resolution lower. You can roll back at the previous version (3.2.1) or the beta (3.2.5) where the bug got fixed. -

Hello 3omr. With simple words your limits will start automatically to get increased if you buy lindens first. After depends of your activity. As already mentioned also you can request an increase submitting a ticket. -
How well do newer AMD-based video cards work in SL?

Hello Snickers. The good performance is a combination of many factors no only of the graphics card. I am sure not if you will notice big difference using a very good graphics card with an old processor, motherboard and power supply. From my experience here in Forums i have read more problems with AMD cards than with Nvidia cards. On the other side if your aim is the Ultra performance, you have more possibilities to achieve it with an AMD and no with a Nvidia card. You understand that there is no a specific answer for your question, it is no easy to build or upgrade a tower for SL. SL has too many specificities. Maybe the best you can do (if it is possible) is to try a pc with similar stats with yours (and the new graphics card) in real visiting a store. Only this way you can be sure. -
Hello Serhan. Sounds like your avatar is no fully loaded, obviously because your inventory is no fully loaded or for another cause (like problems with your connectivity). Move to a region without lag like Smith or Exeuxoa or better relog there and check out your inventory if all your items are fully loaded. If you use more than one viewers or accounts usually it takes time. If you inventory is fully loaded you can follow the suggestions here, they work for all viewers. Some more informations also about which viewer you use or what you have tried so far, would help for a better answer. You can edit your post (Options --> Edit) if you wish.

I like the official Viewer 3 (always i use the last version). Although my system is old enough with middle specs i had never problems with teleporting, crashes, appearance and other we read daily here. My feeling is that i do everything more quickly in V3 than in other Third-Party Viewers like Phoenix for example. -

Hello Bianca. Age Verification changed last summer and now your friend normally can verify his age directly visiting the age verification web page. There is no a report in English Knowledge Base now about manual Age Verification. In past the residents in order to verify their age manually, had to attach an electronic (scanned) copy of one of a Government issued identification that has the name and date of birth clearly displayed. This identification could be one of the following: Birth Certificate Driver's License Passport State or National ID Manual Age Verification takes 5-7 working days (means with the weekends over than 10, could be up to two weeks). Suggest your friend to wait some days more (still holidays period) and if eventually he doesn't get a reply, he can submit a new ticket.
