You'll see that hand on interactive items, such as furniture that has pose balls...left clicking when you see the hand is the same thing as right clicking then selecting "Touch". Are you seeing in on *everything* that you try to click?

If you are asking how much will people be willing to pay for your service, we can't answer since you don't want to say what it is you are selling. Possibly scout around in world for similar services and see what is being charged for them?

Do you mean objects that are far away? If so, you may need to increase your draw distance if it really bothers you not to be able to see those things. In Phoenix, look for an arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen; click on it and you will see settings you can change such as DD, LOD, etc.

One clothing store I've found that carries the basics, is not expensive, and does have demos you can try on is fri.day. They also sell shoes, hair, and other accessories there.

There's definitely lots to see there, and this thread reminds me that we need to go back sometime! I liked the observation deck near the landing point...you can get some great pics there and the kissing animation is very nice. :smileywink: I actually went back to take another look, and somehow managed to fall over the wall. (Quinn, will we be suing someone about this?)

Did you also check your email's trash folder? Also, is it possible that you used a different email address than the one you are checking? I'm not sure how much help support is with this sort of thing; it might be easier to just create another alt account....

As far as I know, there is no way to track who invites whom to your group. You will either have to close invites, continue banning the avatar, or change your group roles so that only owner and officers can invite people.

Most rental properties have a rental box on the land where you can make your payments. If you can't find one, then it is possible that the rental boxes are all at a central location (for example, RGF houses their rental boxes on a sim named Buy). To see who the owner of your land is, look up at the top of your viewer and click on World, then Place Profile, then About Land. You should be able to click to the owner's profile from there, and can send an IM or notecard asking about where you go to pay your rent.

I doubt that you have been banned, it's probably just an IP issue. Try restarting your router and that may fix it!

I guess I don't have one, unless you count my current look due to SL misbehaving (no hair and no shoes, lol)...but I wanted to say that you look stunning, Valerie. Not everyone can look elegant wearing spider webs but you do!

I'd probably let it go, especially since it wasn't anything expensive, and just make sure never to purchase from that creator again (and warn all your friends to do the same!). I'm not sure that LL will get involved, and really, you've pretty much done all you can. I had the same thing happen once and I just finally walked away from it because it wasn't worth the aggravation.

If you haven't already done so, be sure to check out the creator's profile, including Picks, to see if there is a specific procedure to follow. Sometimes creators have assistants to handle the customer service issues, so it may be that there is actually somebody else that you need to message about your issue.
