ola! primeiro, tente logar no viewer oficial da linden, para ter certeza de que a land que voce se encontra está disponivel.. segundo, se nao der certo, va em preferencias no login e limpe o cache. caso nao resolva entre em contato com a propria linden, mas nao de sua senha a ninguem.

não tem como aumentar a capacidade de prims da casa linden.. voce pode até usar uma rezz box, mas eu não recomendo, pois da lag na ilha inteira. quanto a ter um terreno, é possivel, mas creio que somente se voce abandonar a casa, entre em contato com o live chat primeiro. para ter mais prims voce precisa de um terreno maior, porém não será gratuito, se voce "alugar" de alguem, poderá pagar em lindens... se for "comrpar" um terreno da propria linden lab, voce terá que pagar pelo terreno e depois uma taxa semanal em dolares para a própria linden.

tente ir para uma land vazia (recomendo uma land chamada tyrol), deixe carregar todo o inventario, troque de roupa. Se nem isso der certo...bem, ai só falando com a linden, mas creio que esse tipo de assistencia é exclusiva para premiuns.
