hi there, to configure your own light you can go to menu world>enviroment edit> sky under this a pop up menu will show, this si called windlight, you can create and save your own, or download for people that makes them available , install it on your viewer and choose a pre existen one. Hi there, any kind of land in SL has a montly/weekly tier, in the case of the homestead, the tier is montly and is paid directly to Linden Lab in dollars. To have a homestead you need a Full sim, and I guess you don't own one, or you wouldnt ask about the tier. To more info about land and prices, I sugest you take a look on www.secondlife.com under "Buy Land" menu.

Wasabi Pills has one similar, but just one braid on each side (you said pigtails, but the picture show a braid.. so I am guessing it is a braid )

Slink has a similar hair in mesh, for more... exagerated look i recomend you take a look at curio obscuria, tehy have amazing roroco hairs with birdcage, flowers and more, but they are gacha, dont worry about teh color, one hair has 20 colors...

You can find dolly hairs on Alice Project, Wasabi pills, D!va and Tram, by teh way, tram has very similar hair of the straight one and you can buy extra cat hair ears to match it as add on

Try Essences, their skin is very doll like and they reach really nice pale lookign whitout be a ghost. There are some discounted skin from them at TDr and collabor88, but not sure if the discounted skintone si pale enought for you
