Where is this avatar's skin from? I saw her walking around and she looks gorgeous and I'm wondering where I could get the same skin as her, because she seems to not be answering her IM's for whatever reason. Thank you if you can help!

Hi! I have a problem, there is this weird white thing under my av's eye... How do I get rid of it?! It is under her left eye, any help would be great! Thank you :)
