I wonder it, because Im kind of new in have a full sim, and I want it to turn into a comunity, with a café at the center of sim, some roads and the sim be open to public. Orbits would be allowed, but ban lines are forbbiden. What is the usual price for this kind of parcel? I thought first at 2L/prim a week, but people told em is too expensive, so I wonder how low I could do it, since the café and roads and such wouldnt never be rented, and the tier should cover the comunity parcel.... So my dilema is, how much I could ask for rent , so I would know how large can be the public part of the sim.

Alice have a very similar hair to the first,m but the bang/fringe looks from other hair, also from alice project... she does separated bangs, so is possible it is a mix between two hairs.

Try tentacio, MNK and other japanese brands, they tend to do flat chest more often

Try to take a look in the four walls hunt and some stores like Ionic that always have group gifts, but even four walls coast 20L, not 5

Also, try the luck boards on alice project at mint tuli sim, the advents caledar gifts are now out for just 50L each, and it is a pack of all basic colors

The mask is from contraption, it were a group gift, not sure if this one still available, but there are many similars to it, the hair looks like exile

Not sure if you will find it photorealistic or not, but Pink fuel have a skin called Kumi, and it has two versions of eye crease, one of them is for asian looks, you should give it a try.
