It could be that EEP is also the beginning to more rendering engine betterments down the road, or at least I hope so. As for now, I am still learning lights and shadows with it and it is really not that different from the other way-just have to take some time to see how things work now.

Was not always the case with the fps issue . I was in the testing group and the first couple of test viewers definitely had severe issues with fps drops where water rendering was concerned and in general. It could be something as simple as completely resetting the viewer and then instead of backing up from settings, just set things manually to see if that helps.

FS really has no choice but to issue an EEP viewer. Third party viewers as far as I know are required to maintain features in their viewers that LL sets forth. Its mandatory more or less. You didn't have to update and can use the current EEP and 2 FS releases prior until they have another update and the oldest one is blocked, etc. I don't know why so many are seeming to have fps issues with it. I am having the exact opposite -much higher fps and I am not running a very high end setup. i5-9400 with a 4gb GTX 1650 Super , 16gb of ram. 250+fps on empty sims and around 100 on sims at high settings, ALM on no shadows.

Supposedly some time back there was discussion at one of the viewer meetings that they had been sort of curtailed server side, with the sim introducing a throttle or disconnect to the person attempting to use them. No idea if that was ever fully implemented, I will try to find the discussion video , it's from a few months ago.

Still working on getting this EEP thing down. It's not nearly as complicated as I first thought, it's just a different way.

They use the other redelivery system, MD something or other. But it seems like they could still tie it into that one. I don't know how those things work.

Today its people who demand I call them by their display name when I don't even have them enabled nor will I. They can thank their fellow users for that, the ones who insist on using stupid unreadable fonts.

Simone was both their last static head and first Bento one. I still think the Simone Origins is one of the prettiest heads ever made and I still use it quite a bit.

Yep, theyused to sell clothing, skins,poses,hair...all of it. One of the original 'big box' stores in SL. Their prim and sculpty dresses were works of art in my opinion, for their time.

I really don't buy your argument, reason being LL is a business. If they had , for example, 500 people a day changing their names they would happily take the money and do it. Take away the premium requirement, and say 1000 people a day were changing their name, they would GLADLY take the money and do it. I'd also need a source where they 'specifically said' they didn't want everybody changing their names or changing them often. The premium requirement is silly.

I was asking a Lelutka CSR about the skins on the Connor head the other day and was told the included facial tones are made by Lelutka. They still make them apparently.

I figure they are going to be there til nearly the end of the month, which means everyone and their mother is trying to get in there. lol Now I can go enjoy some usually crowded places because I am sure they will be a bit less full now and I will just wait to get them.

If they uncoupled the premium account requirement I would consider but I don't see any value in having to pay for a premium account just to change a name.

This is why Lelutka has always been my favorite brand! I bought 4 heads during the sale but this is amazingly generous. Thanks for sharing!👍 I have been buying their heads since they started making them.
