I’ve helped a couple of guys out and I get a weird type of satisfaction doing it. Gianni has more support, because it’s older. But Geralt has a good deal of support when you go to events like “Mancave” etc. So in short, it really comes down to what he likes. They’re both really good choices. It’s kind of like the difference between a Belleza Freya and Isis. Freya is more supported, but Isis enjoys a good deal of support too, though not as much.

Yeah, I noticed the features are slightly eskew. It’s definitely what I had in mind when I did my shape though...it’s uncanny!

You can always wear the earlier version of the head if it’s that much of an issue. The update for lelutka looks a noticably different from the older versions. So much so that some creators redid skins for it. As for your shape, do a female avatar test. Then put all of your old stuff back on a piece at a time and see if that gets you back to normal.

Yeah, I just tried it on and slapped the same skin on it and ended up looking like a child version of myself lol! Didnt take a picture either!

I unboxed mine last night. I’ll have to mess with the baby head some other time, like do a shape. I tried it with my shape and....the name is apt. I looked 14. I mostly spent the night helping people in their group chat and trying out the animations. The group chat always cracks me up! They’re going to need CSR 24/7. I might mess around with it to do an Asian look. I’m getting Asian vibes from the baby head right now. The animations are off to a good start. I’m sure they’ll add more.

They still do that too. The avatars always reminded me of Bratz dolls, no matter which style they chose. I’m always on the fence about how the avatars look because I used to play with Bratz Dolls. Nostalgia makes me think their Avis are cute. Adult me says “God those dolls were ugly!”

Call SL a game?

I dunno, I get that. It’s just....ugh...so....crazy. If something wasn’t working for me, I’d change it. So it has to be working on some level. Guess I’m wired differently.

I’ve been saying this for a long time now. Someone must be playing along. Or.....someone just isn’t getting it.....repeatedly.

A couple of problems come up when women approach men (don’t get me wrong, I’m all for it) it’s more of a let’s talk it out thing. 1) A lot are guys are really, really bad conversationalists. It’s also part of the reason we have pages of funny things they say right here. 2) Some guys get really confused when women approach them. It’s kind of like funny women. They just aren’t quite sure how to take it. 3) I feel like a lot of guys feel like that’s what should happen anyway, so they really don’t put themselves out there. Most guys I know have told me they get hit on often. It’s just that they tend to roll with it when they are. Mathematically there are probably more females than males, at least avatar wise.

I took one of those tests in a psych class years ago. Then the professor gave it to us at the end of the semester and said something to the effect of “Its a general guideline, don’t use it as a label”. It stuck with me because everybody got a different result. Years later I see it all over the place...being used as a label. I wore one of the bigger bodies for about a year and big, big difference in how you get approached. That’s when I learned what I unbirthing was.

As a skin pipeline.... it’s feasible. The thing with too realistic is (I’m very much a fan of realistic looking avatars) we’re getting into uncanny valley here. I wouldn’t be surprised if there aren’t skin makers that use something like this already. You're also talking about a head too? I dunno, it sounds a little sweat shoppy to me and...convoluted?

The funny thing about mesh is either people think it’s really easy to work with or it’s ridiculously hard to the point where you’re like a wizard if you know how to work with it. A head is one of the most complicated things to make on SL. Yet I haven’t seen any mention of any kind of compensation....

I feel like there was a sim and site where you uploaded your pictures into it and it would make you a system skin. It was a crappy skin...but it was yours. This was years ago. I can’t remember all of the details from back then except it was a machine and it wasn’t very good. Anybody else remember this?

Don’t feel bad for me ego maniacs make the best stories. They always go for normal to wtf in the blink of an eye. I once had a guy tell me he was Mr. SL 2013. (Whatever that means) Thing was it was like 2017....

If I go off too hard, I’m usually the one that ends up getting blocked. So I usually shoot in a zinger then block them while they’re stunned.

Yup. I was going to say some are actually very talented. I was close to doing a set with a guy that was truly talented. Too bad he was a d-bag. I went afk for a couple of minutes and the real him came out. It was one of those “Do you know who I am?! I don’t wait for anyone! I’m A-hole the great! I have women begging me to take their photos!” Kind of things, where I was like “Some guy on the Internet with a really big head? I know who you are now!”
