Many regions have a "human only" avatar restriction. If a more realistic environment is their desire, having a blue elf would break that realism they enjoy. It's not exactly the same as discrimination against skin color of human avatars. There are no such things as elves, mermaids or vixens. On the reverse, there are also regions that don't allow human avatars so there ya go.

File.an abuse report against the person or.persons who was threatening you. Include any IMs or local chat with your report. This is a resident forum so you need to follow the report function in the viewer to make Linden Lab aware of the problem.

Anything to limit number of avatars at one time on land?
Rowan Amore replied to DarksOkie's topic in General Discussion
Those are more than likely just residents who park there and chit chat in IM or on Discord with friends. They are usually well done (think expensive) avatars to put together. People using unregistered agents to game traffic tend to use Library avatars with freebie clothing. The thing these venue owners fail to realize is...traffic really means nothing to anyone who has been around even just a year or so. After you've tped into various high ranking places to find no one actually IN the club, you realize those 60 green dots over on the edge are bots. I never hit any place because it ranks high. I go to places from seeing them in someone's groups or Picks. -

Try putting a . between first and last name if they have one or if they have a single name, try Name.Resident.

Unless you provide Tilia with additional information to be able to cash out, they have no more information than was available when LL owned them outright, i.e., your payment info on file. Tilia is led by the former CFO of Linden Lab so not such a clean and clear break from LL/SL as one might think. -

When adding payment info, you'll see this at the very bottom of the page... By clicking the "Add" button you agree to allow Tilia LLC, its affiliates, and its payment processor to save your card information above as a secure token to be used for future transactions. Tilia's notification policy can be found in our Terms of Service. Simply creating an SL account does not require acceptance of anything Tilia related AFAIK... -
Well, you could be right! However, the other one for sale on that same vendor was f*** Me so I made an assumption that it wasn't suppose to be HUGE. Maybe that one is for size queens? 🤔

When you add a payment method, you agree to Tilia's Tos as they are the handlers for all monies in SL and have been for several years. Nothing new there. The point I was making is that Tilia has no more information than LL has or had about you when doing so. 2 entities under the same umbrella. The only time Tilia will require more info than your standard account on SL is when you cash out. -

That's how I've always understood how Tilia works. We still purchase and sell Ls from other residents. The transactions may pass through Tilia which does handle the money aspect of SL but unless you want to cash out, there is no other info required aside from what you provided LL when you registered for an SL account or added payment info. Since Tilia was created by LL, it only makes sense that they would have that info. Cashing out to RL money obviously requires Tilia to gather more information to verify your identity. You are not required to provide that info simply to.purchase Ls with your PIOF. -
Prim allowance (land impact) is solely dependent on parcel size. The only way to have more prims on a specific parcel is if you own another parcel in the same region and then the total can be divided between the two.parcels even if they aren't right next to each other. Here's a chart that tells you how many prims per parcel size. Parcels between amounts will have prim allowances somewhere between the 2 prim amounts. If you're just looking to use your free 1024 land allowance, your prim count will be 351. https://secondlife.com/land/pricing

Tilia is a subsidiary of Linden Lab that offers certain financial services to the Second Life community and helps Second Life comply with U.S. laws and regulations. As of August 1, 2019, Tilia assumes management of your account's U.S. dollar balance in the form of your Tilia account. Tilia also handles process credit requests and payments made from your Tilia account. A Tilia account associated with your Second Life account is created automatically, and you do not need a separate username or password to access your Tilia account. Do I need to use Tilia to buy Linden dollars? No. Tilia is not involved in the Linden dollar purchase process. You can continue to use your payment method on file to buy Linden dollars and do not need to provide any additional personal information. -

They would more.than likely remove it, as they have done long before the current fervor, because of their own policy about naming anyone for any reason on the forums, IMO. I.can't even post a name which certainly isn't private. Concerning tagging someone in a photo? Maybe you can look that up. Snapping a pic of a random stranger in the background and not tagging? Less likely. Even countries that have some restrictions on consent for photos, don't disallow people in photos in public as.long as they aren't the focus of the picture. ETA...since I was just looking through the picture sections of the forums, it seems they allow pictures of random avatars in the background visible in a public place...sort of like.profiles. -
