  1. Go to your dashboard on the website, under Account click on Transaction History. You can select a date range for the transactions you have made on those days, so make sure you select yesterday and today. It will give you a list and will tell you where your Linden went.
  2. Here's a very helpful link on the matter of group deeded land http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Group-owned-land/ta-p/700079 To keep you from scrolling, the land contribution is in your groups profile under the Land/Assets tab as showin in the link above.
  3. You can't unflag a product unfortunately. Once it's flagged it ends up in a review process and is out of your hands. But I wouldn't worry about it, since it was a delivery issue that is out of the merchants hands and LL's fault the product won't get pulled, and if you don't go around wrongly flagging products all the time you won't be punished either. But for future reference and this is important: Merchants do not deliver products, it is an automated system run by Linden Lab. If a delivery fails or is delayed than that is not the merchants fault and should not lead to a flagging or bad rating of the product. In such cases you can contact the merchant, letting them know that direct delivery crapped out and request them to toss you the product in the client, or if its no copy, you can file a support ticket with LL themselves. Again, and I see this so much on the MP, delivery issues are not caused by the merchant, it's solemnly on LL.
  4. How long does it take to process credits? Process-credit requests can take three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday-Friday, not including U.S. holidays) to be completed and sent to your PayPal account. We strive for quick turnaround; however, holidays and the volume of transactions can affect processing times. Improvements to the system are intended to reduce the processing time for most requests by the end of 2013. Since it's been over thrice that time I would go ahead and give their toll free billing hotline a call: Billing support phone numbers Toll-Free (US/Canada) 800.294.1067 Long-Distance 703.286.6277 Our Billing team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Local Toll-Free numbers France: 0805.101.490 Germany: 0800.664.5510 Japan: 0066.33.132.830 Brazil: 0800.762.1132 Spain: 800.300.560 UK: 0800.048.4646 Support is in English Only
  5. Hi there! Some Linden Home Control's are buggy and don't seem to work. What your friend needs to do is hop into the Second Life Live Chat (Only available to premium accounts) and to let the support person know their Linden Home control panel is not working. They will fix it asap.
  6. Have you tried resetting the scripts? Usually these things come with a notecard and they can be very fickle, some need you to name your pictures in a certain way even. Make sure you read the notecard provided with the product, and if resetting the scripts doesn't work, I strongly suggest you contact the creator of the slideshow as he/she knows their product best. As it stands we don't even know what slideshow viewer you're even using, so the help we can give is extremely limited.
  7. All we can issue here is wild guesses, which won't be too helpful. What you can do to not only help yourself out but us too in helping you, is to go to Help in your viewer and then About. It will show your system info and viewer preferences. Edit your post and add all that to your first post. It'll help narrow down the problem to see if it's with your system, connection or whatever else.
  8. I am going to issue a wild guess here; you're talking about Linden Realms? If that is the case, you might find this link very useful: http://lindenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Return_to_Tyrah's_Workshop_to_share_your_findings It seems there's a general bug with that quest part and user's have found a few things that might help moving forward with the quest.
  9. Hi, from what I see in your ref's this avatar could be easily made by purchasing the different components. There's hair like that already having been made, there's ton's of reddish/pink skins on the MP, and the outfit no doubt has been made, too. Search around the marketplace and buy the bits and pieces to get the overall look because comissioning is much more expensive than purchasing something premade off the mp.
  10. It's under Account -> Contact Information -> untick "I would like to receive offline IMs via Email"
  11. Hi there, objects show the group you had active when you rezzed/wore that object. It doesn't mean the group owns that object and has any right to it/can do something with it! Next to the group name you have a little button where you can select another group, or none. Unless you manually deed the object to a group it can say whatever it wants and won't have any effect
  12. Hi, first off, this is the answer section where everyone can ask specific questions about Second Life, it is not a place to have a discussion. The general forum section would be a lot better for this type of post. Secondly, individuals below the age of 18 are restricted to General sims and cannot Access Moderate and Adult regions, so no, LL does not allow them to roam freely. As for the rest of your post, it's a horse long since beaten to death.
  13. Hi there, you can list no copy items using the old magic box system that has been replaced by the direct delivery. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Xstreet-SL-Magic-Box/36791

Gee, that sounds a lot like what another person wsa doing in a sandbox... Wearing a skirt, asking people if they liked it.. you left out handing out LM to their store though... I was literally about to point that out, too remembering that thread very well. Glad I wasn't the only one being strongly reminded of this! Seems like the person got what was coming to them for spamming people that did not want to be spammed. Kudos to the sim owner, wish more will follow suit. There is no reason to send out lm's to a store unless specifically asked for it.
  15. Nymira Bailey wrote: The credit of $116.23 requested on the 2014-04-01 has been processed to PayPal as of 2014-04-07. You should now see the funds in your PayPal account. Hi there, my first step would be to contact the paypal costumer service about it. If they cannot verify having received the payment on the 7th I would call billing again. However from the mail you got it's clear that the money should have already appeared in your paypal account on the 7th, but for some reason hasn't. So it's on paypal right now, not LL.
  16. Hi there, I'm going to quote Rolig Loon here from another post: Rolig Loon wrote: Those symptoms all point to a serious Internet connection problem. My best guess is that your computer is having trouble maintaining strong connections through a DNS server. Typical symptoms include some or all of the following: Crashing or getting logged out on all or most teleports; Friends list and groups list not loading; Inability to view any mesh; Inability to view “About Land”; Inability to open notecards; SLVoice does not connect. Try flushing your DNS cache; how to do that is explained here for Windows, Linux, and older Mac operating systems. For newer Mac operating systems (Lion and Mountain Lion), see here. If this doesn't help, then try setting your DNS to Google: Google Public DNS If using Google as a DNS does not work for you then see here for alternate servers, or grab DNS Bench to help you locate one. If that doesn't help you can edit your post to let us know.
  17. It's strange that it was General in the beginning. There's a lot of people asking in the answers section about it, their listings get immediately rated adult when they want to save it with XXS somewhere in the listing. So not sure why your listings made it through as G at first. Another oddity that is the SL marketplace/rating system
  18. It's not the V-Neck that broke your Rating's neck, it's the simple 'XXS'. Yes, the adult filter marks anything with XXS in it as adult. It's advised to simply spell it out as extra small.
  19. There is nothing wrong with hiring 'noobs' or so called new players. It's neither against the TOS nor against anything else. Also, about underage avatars, do you have solid proof that these avatars are operated by individuals that are below the age of 18 in real life? Or do you have solid proof that these 'underage' avatars are child avatars? A short avatar doesn't make anyone underage, it's a horse long since beaten to death. Unless you have solid proof and facts I'd be very very cautious with pointing the finger.

And whoever plays judge in the end, PLEASE slap LL on the wrists and make them bring our spellchecker back ... slaps LL's rist and poynts you to this... When did they change that button? When did my spelling get so good that nothing has had to be underlined!?
  21. This thread has turned so entertaining, yet informative at the same time. I am impressed! And whoever plays judge in the end, PLEASE slap LL on the wrists and make them bring our spellchecker back
  22. The posting of chatlogs outside of SL is NOT against the TOS. If you'd like an actual attorney you will have to hire one in RL. Even if you do find a RL attorney in Second Life you will be charged RL wages for their work.
  23. Simply deleting things from the merchant box doesn't mean they'll no longer show up in your MP store, you will have to go to your merchant home in the marketplace and delete the listings for the products you no longer wish to sell.
  24. Also keep in mind, that most copy/transfer items have a special license attached to them by the creator that forbids sending out copies of the object to others in their original state. These are full permission items created for merchants but can be purchased as is by anyone and just because they are full permission does not mean you can break the merchant's End user license agreement.
  25. Hi, this is a bug that sometimes happens, I've had it plenty of times. The sure fire way to get rid of the pants is a simple relog. Once you've relogged you can go to your worn items and detach them, they should finally come off. Not sure what causes this bug, perhaps ask in the FS support chat, but whenever it happens to me, a quick relog never fails to make the item detachable.
