  2. Of course that your ISP will tell you it's all fine on their side... I'm not sure it is. But, yes, the problem may not be on their side. I'm out of ideas, if you're using Google's DNS...
  3. Have you tried the Second Life Viewer (aka "Linden viewer")? If you didn't, please try it and see what happens.

  5. There isn't much more I can think of, unfortunately... What's the ping you get from the SpeedTest I mentioned when connecting to QTS Data Centers? Also the download and upload values? Try removing all HUDs you carry, if any... [EDIT] Oh! I just noticed that the bandwidth you've set in Firestorm is only 300 kbit/s! Set it to 1500. 😉
  6. Try limiting your FPS (drop them to 40, for instance) — Preferences/Graphics/Rendering, tick Limit Framerate and move the slider to a desired FPS number. See if that helps. And if it does, try different values. [EDIT] Have you checked apps running in the background? [EDIT 2] The graphics on your first post show your connection to your ISP or to SL? Try http://tucson.speedtest.net/ and change the preferred server to Phoenix, AZ - QTS Data Centers, for example.

  11. Typically, IT people try to make you believe that problems are on your side, that it's something you did wrong or that your system isn't properly configured. Sometimes — just sometimes — they are right but that's not the case here. 😜
  12. At first, I thought it was the login system but now it seems that it's a complete capabilities system failure.
  13. That bug has been around for some time. Last time I read about it was in this very forum right after New Year's. I think it was @Mazidox Linden who mentioned it. It's hard to believe that no one there hasn't taken the time to look it over... [EDIT] I was wrong, it was @Grumpity Linden who explained it, sort of... But not exactly as a bug. By the way, did the blog post about it ever came out?
  14. Yep, this has been happening every week, as of late. No idea what's causing it.
  15. This has nothing to do with restarts, it's the login system.
  16. Yes, my dashboard loads now but didn't before — the browser was directed to the GSP, and as usual nothing about the issue was there.
  17. Can't login. The system isn't accepting my username/password. The dashboard won't load on an external browser, either, I'm directed to the GSP, instead, which shows NOTHING about it.
  18. I too do understand some owners may need that but it all feels like LL devs have nothing else to do... Why don't they get group chat working properly? 9 out of 10 times the chat of my venue's group fails, as of late...

  20. "Cannot create requested inventory." This is getting boring, to say the least... [EDIT] Can't even load the outfit I was wearing last time I logged out.
  21. Now it's the login system that isn't working. It's not recognizing the username or the password. [EDIT] When I try to load the dashboard on any browser, I'm directed to the GSP, which shows nothing about this issue. [EDIT 2] I just logged in. It was a temporary issue, I hope... Well, all issues are temporary but hopefully this was a short one.
